Thank you for the 4‑star review. I’m sorry the home had strong marijuana and cigarette odors on arrival — smoking tobacco or cannabis is against our policy and the previous guest has been fined. Our apologies we were unable to mitigate the smell prior to your arrival. Glad the kitchen was well equipped, everything else was clean, and that the Candy Cane Express and the beach were a hit with your grandchildren. We appreciate the feedback and would welcome the chance to host you again.

Thank you for your 5-star review! We are so glad you enjoyed your getaway with friends. We loved hosting you, and hope you will return!

Hello Mary, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your overall stay at The Strand at Twin Rocks due to some cleaning issues. It looks like this home has several bunk beds, and due to a safety concern, we do not allow our staff to make up the top bunk, but we do provide the linens for them. We apologize for this inconvenience. We would have happily cleaned the floors for you when we brought out the towels. We hope that you enjoyed your stay after some of these issues were resolved, and we hope to have you stay with us again in the future.

Hello Sara, Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you had a great stay at The Strand at Twin Rocks. It sounds like this home had everything you could need. We are sorry to hear that the Wi-Fi was an issue. We see in our notes that you asked about the Wi-Fi, but we are unsure why it was not provided to you. It seems that we maybe did not get it from the owner in time. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We hope to have you stay with us again soon on the Oregon coast. Hello Linda, Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you and your friends enjoyed your overall stay at The Strand at Twin Rocks. We are sorry to hear that you ran into a few issues. We are sorry that our answering service did not contact us about the smoke detectors, but we are glad to see that we were able to come next day to fix that for you. As for the issue with the Wi-Fi, this information was never changed. It turns out the router needed to be rebooted and pinged by the service provider. We are sorry for this inconvenience. We do not provide any of our homes with kitchen wrap, bags or foil. We are glad to know that we were able to get more soap and TP out to you. We hope to have you ladies stay with us again in the future. Thank you again for your review.
