It's a pleasure to welcome you to our spacious 4-bedroom apartment (113 m2), which is perfectly located in the safe and family friendly Carlsberg-Byen district in CPH. Our apartment is located in 'Olivia Hus', which is in the near vicinity of the Home of Carlsberg Museum, the Carlsberg elephants, six playgrounds, four beautiful green parks, cozy cafes and restaurants and the renowned Aire Ancient Baths Spa. Perfect for a family getaway in CPH.
Things to note:
• Master bedroom with a king size bed (2 persons) and en-suite bathroom
• Second full bathroom with washing machine and dryer
• One bedroom with a comfortable grey 300 cm sofa (1 person)
• One living room with a sofa bed (2 persons)
• One office with a dedicated working space, sit-stand desk and an ergonomic chair
• Balcony overlooking the J.C. Jacobsens Have (park) and its beautiful horses, as well as the Home of Carlsberg Museum

Here are the house rules of the apartment:
1) General decency and respect to neighbours is required (no noise between 22.00-08.00 is standard rules in all Danish Homeowner Associations)
2) Do not wear shoes inside the apartment (must be stored in the shoe furniture)
3) The apartment must be left as clean as when you arrived
4) No parties
5) No animals
6) Smoking is completely banned inside the apartment and on the balcony - there is smoke detection alarm inside the apartment. Any smoking must be done outside on the street.
7) Please remember to leave the apartment in the good condition that I gave it to you in
8) Only the guests in the booking request are allowed to stay in the apartment. No other guests are allowed to stay here unless agreed directly with me.
