Needs new bed and pillows

The chalet is nice the only thing it needs is new beds and pillows they are lumpy and uncomfortable. The shower needs a good clean on the quite a bit of mold. Other than that was a good experience

Where do I start used dirty underwear stuffed down the mattress no mattress topper on the double bed mattress needs upgrading it’s very tired and worn doesn’t look like the cleaner had been in at all very dirty bathroom the shower full of mould n black slime not been cleaned at all toilet brush full of human waste needs a new one room and kitchen needs a good clean cobwebs all over n dirt in corners the wooden spoon in drawer had mould on

Communications with the holiday letting agent was smooth and professional. They went out of their way to ensure we had the arrival information to let ourselves into the chalet. The chalet was ideally situated in a quiet spot on the edge of the chalet park, close to a gate leading to a playing field and the cliff path to Cromer. The chalet itself was a tale of two halves. The kitchen work tops and cooker had been cleaned and were immaculate but the rest of the chalet needs a professional deep clean and was not acceptable. The owner had partly addressed previous reviews regarding the beds with main bedroom having a new mattress but those in the bunk room were very poor. The lack of hot water to the bathroom sink was also an inconvenience
