📌 Checkmyguest offers this 27 m² apartment, located just a stone's throw from the Seine, the Eiffel Tower and the Beaugrenelle shopping center. Ideal for discovering Paris easily thanks to its proximity to the metro, in a quiet, residential area of the 15th arrondissement.

🚋 This neighborhood is an excellent starting point for discovering the city. It's close to many monuments, museums and tourist attractions.

Our apartment is located in a central area with excellent transport links. You can easily get around Paris to discover all the city's treasures. Here are the various transport links nearby:

The apartment is small and beautiful, and very clean. It’s well equipped with everything you need, and the host provides plenty of towels, which was very convenient. The check-in instructions were clear and included step-by-step pictures, making the process easy to follow. As a bonus, you can even see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment, which was a really nice touch.The location was great—very close to a metro station, which made it easy to get around and explore different areas of the city. There’s also a very nice café on the corner with great service, which we really enjoyed.The only issue we experienced was with communication, since the property is managed by Belvilla. It was a bit difficult to get in contact at first. However, Vrbo’s customer service was excellent—they were very responsive, helped reach out on my behalf, and made sure I was able to connect and receive the check-in information.Overall, it was a beautiful place and a good experience. With improved communication, it would easily be a 5-star stay.

L'appartement a répondu à mes attentes en matière de confort. Il avait toutes les bases comme une cuisine et un bon chauffage. L'emplacement près du métro facilitait les déplacements. J'ai apprécié explorer les attractions à proximité sans trop de tracas, de plus, la zone calme assurait des nuits reposantes. Dans l'ensemble, cela semblait pratique mais accueillant.

Das Apartment ist klein, aber fein und sehr sauber. Es ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, und der Gastgeber stellte ausreichend Handtücher bereit, was sehr praktisch war. Die Check-in-Anleitung war klar und enthielt bebilderte Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen, sodass der Check-in ganz einfach war. Ein besonderes Highlight: Vom Apartment aus kann man sogar die Spitze des Eiffelturms sehen – ein wirklich schönes Detail. Das einzige Problem betraf die Kommunikation. Da die Buchung über Vrbo erfolgte und von Belvilla verwaltet wurde, war es anfangs etwas schwierig, Kontakt aufzunehmen. Nachdem wir aber erreicht waren, wurde alles geklärt und die Check-in-Informationen erneut zugesendet. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Ort und ein toller Aufenthalt. Mit verbesserter Kommunikation wäre es problemlos ein 5-Sterne-Erlebnis gewesen.
