High-speed Wi-Fi is included, which is ideal for remote work, study, or streaming. There is also a shared washer/dryer on the ground floor.
Enjoy full flexibility with self-check-in via smart locks, allowing you to arrive anytime that suits you. While there's no daily cleaning or breakfast service, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee so you can enjoy your stay on your own terms.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally.
Noise can be heard from the street outside.
Light construction work may be heard during daytime hours as well as trades walking through the building.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
