great area

This apartment is huge. We never figured out how to use the air conditioning it claimed to have. Luckily it wasn't scorching hot while we were there. Had some issues with the lights in the masters bathroom but other than that we really enjoyed the area it was in.

Excellent séjour !

Très bel appartement, avec terrasse très agréable, idéalement situé dans Valence ! - la communication pour l'arrivée (les infos données sur le site pour la remise des clefs n'étaient pas les bonnes) - peu de meubles de rangement dans les chambres - torchons dans la cuisne

El edificio y el apartamento son antiguos.y con pinta de que necesita rehabilitación urgente. Desde el primer día de estancia tuvimos una vía de aguas residuales en techo y tuvimos que poner un cubo que tuvimos durante los 6 días de estancia. Hace mucho calor y sin aire acondicionado. Entra mucha luz y para dormir no hay una triste cortina para protegerte. Llamamos para que nos dieran alguna solución pero sin respuesta.

Prachtig ruim appartement

Zeer ruim, schoon en smaakvol ingericht appartement op loopafstand van het centrum. Fietsverhuur dichtbij om grotere afstanden te overbruggen. Hier komen wij zeker terug!

Beautiful apartment, great location

Spacious, airy, traditional but with all mod cons, this is a lovely apartment just minutes from the cathedral and surrounded by great restaurants. Very close to the main shopping areas. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outside courtyard space for relaxing and dining. The building has a lift too (the apartment is on the first floor). It’s grand and interesting. Email response was a little slow initially and it wasn’t completely clear if I had managed to book the apartment. Calls however were answered promptly and the people I dealt with were efficient and delightful

Fabulous apartment in perfect location

Amazing vast apartment, beautifully decorated, stunning architecture with high ceilings. Able to walk fairly much everywhere from here. Will probably return with family again in the future.

Apartment with a big BUT

If you are looking for a building that has prostitutes on a corner, look no further. If the main attraction for you is a Central Market of Valencia, look no further. The building is very close to The Market and that probably explains the corner full of prostitutes. If you need 200 sq meter apartment with a huge kitchen and high ceilings while you are on vacation, look no further. But. Here comes big BUT. Only if you can breath the air that smells like sewage. Well. Let me be honest with you - it was sewage. TERRIBLE!!! INTOLERABLE!!! !!!This apartment runs by Real Estate. And they just plainly don’t care. When we addressed the issue they told us we were free to cancel. Really?! At 9 o’clock at night?! So I can’t say the check in was pleasant. There were no technician at that time of the night to do anything about that smell. He came at 10 o’clock next morning. Fixed something. And the air became tolerable. Not nice and fresh. But tolerable. So if you like to deal with fixing plumbing problem on you vacation, look no further either. You will have your hands full. We’ve been told by our guide a lot of apartments in Valencia have this issue. Keep it in mind.

Good spacious apartment in central but quiet street. Well equipped.

Good for 2 couples and 1 single person. Well equipped. We stayed in Feb so no sure what it’s like in the summer. Great location very close to the central Market and a lot of beautiful buildings, squares shops and Restuarant’s.
