Extremely Enjoyable Experience

This was about our sixth stay in a condo at Legacy Villas over about the last 8 years. This year we rented a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo from Corry and Barry; we loved their condo layout, outside decks, close walk to numerous pools/jacuzzis, and I loved the fitness gym at Legacy Villas. Corry and Barry were helpful, kind, generous, understanding, and easy to deal with. We will be back next year looking to continue vacationing there with intermittent visits from our friends and kids/grandkids who similarly fell in love with Legacy Villas! A number of our visitors (family and friends) over the years subsequently rented in Legacy Villas having fallen in love with the development! In the past, I have rented a big house in the Desert with pool, Jacuzzi, and more. I much prefer renting in Legacy Villas. The owners of the condos in Legacy Villas take extreme pride in maintaining their properties, grounds, and facilities, and it shows that pride!

Spacious Condo in LaQuinta

This lovely property is every bit as nice as the photos. Legacy Villas are about a mile or so from old town restaurants and shops. The kitchen was especially well stocked and preparing meals was easy as a result. We would definitely stay again.

First timer

I don't do reviews and this is the first time I have used vbro. The description made this place sound fantastic and I was mentally prepared for disappointment. But I have to say I was not disappointed AT ALL. The description and pictures are totally accurate. IT DOES LOOK THAT NICE. Corry was very nice and helpful as well ..whenever I had a question she would quickly respond. We were a party of four and we all feel the same. For vacation I usually get a hotel but I think I will make home vacation rental my first choice. Hope I can book this place again.

Fantastic Week Away

Legacy Villas is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for something in La Quinta. The grounds are beautiful and this condo is just perfect. It is on the 2nd floor so you have a big balcony to enjoy. We ate dinner out there every night. The owners are very help if anything should arise and we had everything we needed.

Great place to say in La Quinta

The Villa is very accessible, clean & with the right furnishings . Great place to stay in La Quinta , nice surroundings , quiet with amazing views . Corry was helpful when the security guard was not helpful in getting us in . This is a great rental for families . Would stay here again if we have to visit Palm Springs .

Wedding Bliss

The rental was perfect, we traveled with 6 adults and a baby, Corry was great she went out and purchased a playpen for the unit. Our little grandson slept peacefully every night. The condo had everything we needed, and was close to many of the pools located in the complex. We were in La quinta for our sons wedding , who was getting married at a location close by so this rental was perfect. We had other family members staying in the Villas and they were situated very close to us. The unit was very clean and very updated. Other units in the complex weren’t as updated. The owners were fabulous to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

A Most Enjoyable Getaway - One of the best VRBO's we've ever had at Legacy Villas in La Quinta!

Describing these past four days we stayed at Corry's vacation rental in Legacy Villas I must say were the best we've ever had in our many trips to La Quinta. The three bedroom, three bath home was perfect for our family of five (all adults); the home is obviously well-maintained and well-appointed with everything needed to make a getaway relaxing and enjoyable. We appreciated the 'no pets' policy that Corry specified in the rental agreement. The instructions for the use of the home were clear and simple - and everything worked! We have always enjoyed the setting that the Villas are located in partly because the grounds in the community of homes there are well-maintained and because of the beautiful mountain backdrop surrounding the Villas. You can never get tired of seeing the constant change of colors from morning until night on the sheer rock faces of the mountains that border the community.. This magnificent backdrop gives the whole group of homes a feeling of separation and uniqueness from the surrounding communities. And, as isolated as the Villas seem, your are just a few minutes drive from shopping, dining, golf and anything else you might want - couldn't be a better location. We're looking forward to our next stay in La Quinta and hope that Corry has an opening on the calendar for us when we plan to come to the desert again. Sincerely, David Reese

Can’t wait to return!

This is our second year staying at this villa and we love it. The layout with two master suites is perfect for a family gathering. We love that there are two decks so that the kids can eat and play on one while adults relax on the other. Legacy Villas is great for kids to wander around with out traffic and the pools are great.

Luxury Condo - La Quinta CA

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7-night stay. The property grounds were immaculate with incredible landscaping, many pools and fountains and up-close mountain views. The inside of the condo was just as perfect. Very impressive! Everything was exactly as advertised. The 3 bedroom/3 bath Condo was clean and nicely furnished with all that we needed. There were two master en-suites, plus one bedroom with its own separate bathroom. The master bathrooms were large and included a separate bath tub and over-sized shower. Also, each master has its own gas fireplace! Don’t worry about missing your favorite TV show/movie as each room has a large flat or curved screen TV including the great room. The great room includes a cozy gas fireplace. As a bonus, there were two nice size balconies with plenty of room to relax and take in the mountain views. The location has close proximity to great grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, lots of golf, many events making it the perfect vacation spot. The owner was extremely responsive to our needs. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfection! Everything we needed.

Just returned from our family vacation and this rental worked out perfectly. The complex is very private but perfectly located near a lot of shops and restaurants. This particular unit is located toward the back of the complex which makes it quiet, but close to several pools and a minute walk from the clubhouse, main pool and gym. The unit is stocked with everything we needed, was exceptionally clean and nicely appointed. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend booking here and I can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful escape from the Colorado snow!!

We had a fantastic stay here and there's no doubt we would definitely go back since our expectations were exceeded. The villa had everything we needed and more with a layout that works very well for several people. It was very clean and was obvious that the entire villa had been recently renovated. The pools as well as all of the common grounds were also clean and very well kept. The complex is close to restaurants and shopping and the security of a gated community is nice. This villa was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the quiet and the early morning views from the balcony. Thank you for a wonderful stay and being so helpful and responsive to all of our questions!
