Comfortably sleeps 6- Two queen sized beds, 2 sofa beds & 3 full bathrooms. Private Parking in the back so you always have a spot!
The well-equipped kitchen lets you whip up a quick breakfast before heading out or prepare a full family dinner. Kick back in the living room and enjoy the huge smart TV, or snuggle up on the sofa or club chairs to read a book. The home features three full bathrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space to get ready without a wait. Enjoy the convenience of the washing machine and dryer so packing light is no problem. Home is clean and spacious. It was very close to all the activities we had planned. We didn't really take advantage of all the kitchen area had to offer(appliances, dishes, cooking utensils) but it is very well stocked. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends seeking to stay in the Highlands. The check in/out process was super easy. Great communication for the owner.

We met my brother and his partner for a late Christmas together. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking which we appreciated so much! The process was so clear and easy and communication was great. We’d stay here again!

We loved our location for the convenience to eateries, the zoo and Churchill Downs. Easy to access downtown and a really comfortable and fun layout to decompress at the end of the day.

The house is very nice and quite comfortable. The only issue that we had was that the front steps were slick from snow and ice after a storm. That made them a bit dangerous, especially because there was no handrail by the lower steps.

Family trip to Louisville

Great Stay

The house was great. Well stocked and comfortable. We had one minor issue on check in that was an easy fix resolved quickly by the property manager. Plenty of great food and bars in the area. We would stay here again!

My husband and I have lived in this neighborhood since 1997. I was born in Louisville and my husband grew up in California. I am a retired nurse now realtor and my husband is a general contractor and has been doing home renovations since 2007.
We both graduated from the University of Louisville. We started our home sharing adventure in May of 2017 and have absolutely loved meeting people from all over the country. We would love to host people from other countries too. Everyone we have met has been so considerate and come visit for a variety of reasons from KY Derby to sporting events to just wanting to meet up with old friends. Let us know why you are coming to visit and we will try to accommodate and enhance your stay.

Our home still has some old time charm with a mahogany burled wood mantle, armoire, and tall ceilings while providing the modern conveniences of today.
We're right next door so we can respond quickly to any needs. We're happy to help!
Close to everything fun and exciting but offers a close knit neighborhood feel.
All of our properties are monitored on the exterior of the home by cameras.
