第1レベル（140平方メートル）
家へは約50段の階段でアクセスできます。 肘��け椅子、テ���ビ、DVDプレーヤー、ダイニングテーブル、������、日当たりの良いパノラマテラスに面した広い出窓が備わる広いリビングルームに入ります。 窓が明るくなって寛大に広がっているので、ソファに座りながら素晴らしい景色を楽しむことができます。
ここからキッチン、小さなトイレエリア、サンルームに行くことができます。
キッチンには、コンロ、冷蔵庫、���凍庫、食器洗い機、���子レンジやトースターなどの小型の便利な電気器具が���わっています。

テラスは約35平方メートルあり、思い出に残るひと時を過ごせるデッキチェアが備わる大きなサ��ルーム（最上階）、日光浴を楽しんだり、地元のワインを楽���めます。
テラスとサンルームからは、ポジターノとエメラルドグリーンのコスタディヴィナの素晴らしい景色を���める���とができます。
この���ベ��にはセントラルヒー��ィングと無線インターネット接続（ノートパソコンは要リクエスト）が備わっています。

セカンドレベル（85平方メートル）

Fab villa The villa was a perfect size for 4 adults and 3 kids. Very spacious with lots of options of where to hang out. It is directly above Laurito beach which is great for swimming and has one of the best beach restaurants in the world - Da Adolfo. It is homely rather than luxurious but overall good value for money. The most amazing location!

The location of this property is probably one of the most amazing I have ever been and certainly an incredible one in the Amalfi Coast. The house is spacious and it was perfect for our large family. There are a number of little things that should be fixed in the house (kitchen is old, some of the doors / windows do not close properly, etc.) to make it perfect but I loved staying there and I can strongly recommend it.

Unique option to traditional Amalfi Coast stay

Awesome stay. We were able to get Villa Valeria last minute after our Positano In Town VRBO cancelled. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The property is huge and plenty of space. Most unique was the 5 different terrace levels to hang out/ layout.... Something you'll want with the million dollar view. Was nice because it was private/no crowds. You'll have a little more walking or can take the bus, but we enjoyed hanging out at the private beach below us.

Words cannot express how BEAUTIFUL this place is!!! Words cannot express how BEAUTIFUL this place is!!! The Villa itself is really spacious and a two story home. Plenty of bedrooms and living spaces to be in and have your own thing going on and great place to get together with family and friends! Theres a private staircase you can access through one of the backyards (yes, theres multiple!!) that connects to the public staircase to the beach down below the villa which is super cute and gorgeous!! I traveled with my whole family (theres 6 of us) and we had an awesome time. The kitchen is the only space thats a bit small but still manageable! There’s a bus stop literally a few steps outside of the house, so getting to the actual towns around wasn’t bad at all. Roberta, who met us for the check-in process, was so friendly and kind and gave us a bunch of recommendations to do around town. She was always super prompt, attentive and fast with her responses and super solution-oriented if an issue was to arise (which we didn’t really have at all!) Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Positano <3 Source: VRBO

Unbelievable Villa!!!!!!! We were a little worried because we found this on the internet and I had nightmares of showing up in Italy and there was actually no Villa. Instead it was the exact opposite. It is a villa that is incredible! Clean, breathtaking view. Great location, 10 minutes outside of Positano and 10 minutes to Preano(spelling?), a bus top 100 feet from the villa entrance. Good security system, locked gate with a parking area if you rent a car. And a view of one of the most beautiful places in the world. A world class restaurant 5 minutes away. Beautiful private beach with the Aldolfos, an amazing restaurant right on the beach. and a 5 minute water taxi to the main Positano beach. One thing you should know, Be prepared to walk and climb steps in Positano. I ate like a king and lost weight, something all Americans should do. We would go every year if we could afford it. I would recommend this property to anyone. Please Guido, let us come back and live in your villa!!!!!!(: Source: Homeaway

Large house with breathtaking view The villa is in a great location within walking distance of both Praiano and Positano. Also, the bus stop is 10 meters from the house. Bus can be unpredictable so we preferred to do the 45 minute walk to Positano. We fit two small cars in the garage but with the narrow, crowded roads we preferred walking when we went anywhere nearby. Praiano is closer with a 30 minute walk. We comfortably fit 7 adults in this villa. The villa has 3 full bathrooms and a half bathroom upstairs. There is plenty of living space. The managers of the villa were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to order groceries which were there for our arrival. All the food and beverages were so delicious. Also, each bedroom gave a fantastic view of the water. Our favorite restaurant in Positano, La Taverna Del Leone, was just down the road from the villa and offered a shuttle service. We highly recommend the chef's tasting menu! There is also a seafood restaurant Da Adolfo down the private staircase on the back of the villa. There is a small beach at the bottom of these stairs but it is a long way down with about 400 stairs. Much easier going down than the hike up but worth the trek with a beautiful landscape. A few of the excursions we enjoyed: -Gianni's boat tour to Capri which we were able to be picked up at the Positano pier -Pompeii with a winery tour after (used a driver which the managers coordinated) -Gastronomic Trekking Italian cooking class in Praiano Overall, we had a wonderful vacation staying here. Unbeatable Positano views!

This property has one of the most amazing views on the Amalfi Coast. Perched high up on a cliff overlooking the Mediterranean and Positano! We are a family of 6, and stayed in this property June 3-13. The weather was already warming up, and I think the lack of air conditioning could be an issue later in the summer. Being from Texas, we’re accustomed to the heat, and we were able to manage with fans. But it was definitely warm. The property was expansive, with multiple decks and patios from which the entire family could take in the magnificent views! The kitchen was adequately stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. Roberta, the house manager, was the gem of the property and quickly answered our questions, made recommendations, and was always available! We had a cyclical water pressure issue that is mostly due to the lack of recent rain (according to one of the owners). It would always come back, but we just had to be in the Italian state of mind to not be in a hurry, and simply be patient. The WiFi was either non-existent or completely useless, and I recommend that they invest in a StarLink system to get around the apparent lack of high-speed internet in the area. Roberta called the internet service provider several times on our behalf, and the said they “found the problem and fixed it”, but we never got above 1MB/s We ended up using our phones as hotspots and incurred significant phone bills. Overall: we’d stay here again, in May, with our own hot-spot.

Das ist von der Aussicht nicht mehr zu toppen. Von aussen macht es nicht direkt den besten Eindruck, aber sobald man die Treppen zum Villa Eingang herunter geht ist der Ausblick ein Traum. Egal von welcher Terasse oder Zimmer man guckt, sieht man direkt auf die Berge und das blaue Meer.Das ist von der Aussicht nicht mehr zu toppen. Die Villa selber ist sehr groß, die Zimmer ausreichend ausgestattet und genügend Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten.Das Service Team mit denen wir Kontakt hatten war Mega. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns wirklich gut geholfen, um mit den Bus und Taxis zurecht zukommen. Source: VRBO

"meravigliosa" Ho soggiornato in questa spettacolare villa nel mese di settembre, in compagnia del mio fidanzato e altre due coppie di amici. Non potevo scegliere posto migliore per poter trascorrere qualche giorno in pieno relax . La villa è meravigliosa, location stupenda e dotata di ogni comfort . Quando si è in terrazza sembra quasi di essere sospesi, un panorama mozzafiato . Une organisation parfaite Une organisation parfaite, même lors de notre arrivée en avance, grande réactivité pour venir nous accueillir, ouvrir la villa (et le précieux parking!!). A Villa with a View!

The Villa location outstanding, sunsets magnificent overlooking Positano. The 300 steps to a private beach and restaurant unbelievable. Pros & Cons

There are definitely pros & cons of this house. First, the positive: the home is located in a wonderful area between busy Positano & congested Praiano. Easy to get to both towns. The views were fabulous! The house had a parking spot, which is invaluable if you are renting a car, as parking is a real challenge. The Cons: the house is outdated which I didn’t think we’d mind bc we were going to Almalfi for the experiences, however there are things about the house that are beyond aesthetic. Many of the windows & doors overlooking the sea do not have screens on them and cannot be opened. The house got very hot each day & remained hot at night. Fans were provided, but not enough to cool the house. The kitchen is very old and didn’t even have enough electrical outlets to plug in a fan & coffee maker at the same time! We had an ant infestation and was told that is common and we should find the source and spray! There were not any chairs or lounges on the top deck as there were pictured on our VRBO site. The house is marketed well and appears much more outdated and worn in person. The pictures on the wall & the furniture seem original to the house and are old & tattered. The beds were so hard that my 24yo son slept on a small couch every night. The private beach: small, but nice. It’s rocky so water shoes is a plus. A dip in the Mediterranean was wonderful. Climb up & down was very steep and involved 465 steps, so we only went one day.

Die beste Lage an der Küste, traumhaft

Von aussen macht es nicht direkt den besten Eindruck, aber sobald man die Treppen zum Villa Eingang herunter geht ist der Ausblick ein Traum. Egal von welcher Terasse oder Zimmer man guckt, sieht man direkt auf die Berge und das blaue Meer. Das ist von der Aussicht nicht mehr zu toppen. Die Villa selber ist sehr groß, die Zimmer ausreichend ausgestattet und genügend Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Service Team mit denen wir Kontakt hatten war Mega. Super freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns wirklich gut geholfen, um mit den Bus und Taxis zurecht zukommen.

Spacious villa

Lovely spacious villa but is very tired and does need a total refurbishment including painting, furniture is old and tired in all rooms that said we had a great stay and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic experience

We really enjoyed our week at Villa Valeria. The comms in the lead up was very helpful and detailed. The villa was clean, an amazing view and location and Roberta and her father were very helpful with meeting us, booking transfers and even letting us in when we forgot our key! Would 100% come back and stay here again. We loved it!

The best Villa we had in Amalfi coast

We traveled as a family of five (2 adults, 2 teens and 8yo). The villa was sparkling clean. It had more than enough space for everyone, terraces with spectacular view, lemons in the garden ( my 8 years old son was overjoyed, since he was able to pick up them and make a lemonade), a great location and it has its own parking space! The host was welcoming, outgoing and ready to help. I can say only good things and for sure if again we will travel around Positano we will chose if possible this villa.

Positano / Villa Valeria

On our arrival early, we experienced a great reactivity / kindness to open the house (and more importantly the private parking place). The villa is just as described, with a marvelous view from the 5... different terraces. Clean, useful, whatever you dreamt of to spend a remarkable stay at Positano.

Superior views and outdoor space - BUT....

This villa was likely glorious when first built in the early 70s. However, it has not been updated to any degree since then. Decor was original and dated. The owners could clear away the artificial flowers and arrangements, old dusty wall hangings, etc and that would help. The slip-covered furniture is not attractive and looks cheap. The kitchen was not clean, and did not inspire one to cook in it. There is a layer of dirty dust on all of the walls that has built up over the years. They need a vacuum or paint. Beds were very firm. Bathroom toilet had been replaced, but shower was moldy and grimy. Bathroom tiled wall behind the sink was full of toothpaste splatters. The bathtub in the second bath had ants in it from the drain. Mirror was cheap and dated and the curtains in the bathroom were absolutely grey with dirt. On the plus side, the outdoor patios were spacious and numerous, though chaises don't work that well. We used the outdoor shower as it was preferable to the indoor one, and it worked well. Again, the location was great for views and proximity to a couple of very good restaurants, but needs a complete renovation or update to be comfortable inside and out.

Stunning views

The views from this house are phenomenal! We enjoyed the terraces so much that it was hard to leave to explore but we did. We walked down to Laurito and caught the water taxi to Positano one day, caught the bus back to the villa a few times. We didn’t have the best luck with the buses into town but the taxis provided for fantastic entertainment with an assortment of characters. Roberta and her father were excellent with communication and we checked out the day before her wedding and she was kind enough to be forgiving of our few minutes running behind. The parking was a great bonus as the area doesn’t have a lot of options. Thank you so much for accommodating us and we hope to see you again!!!

Fab villa

The villa was a perfect size for 4 adults and 3 kids. Very spacious with lots of options of where to hang out. It is directly above Laurito beach which is great for swimming and has one of the best beach restaurants in the world - Da Adolfo. It is homely rather than luxurious but overall good value for money. Would highly recommend.
