Tracia XI apartment in Madrid

The Tracia studios are located in the Alcalá Norte area, on Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, and in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, it is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.



The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centres and important companies, in addition to being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Centre.



Due to its good connection, one can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, in addition to reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina, and other strategic locations in Madrid in just minutes and in a direct line.



All of this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy one's time in the city.



The study:



This cosy studio is located on the second floor of the building and can accommodate four guests.



Its avant-garde character combines a modern decoration with a loft-style design, which provides a pleasant personality to the entire accommodation.



The ground floor integrates the living room and kitchen, providing comfort and practicality to the space. The living room has a Smart TV, an elegant dining table and a comfortable sofa bed with capacity for two people. We can also find a toilet.



On the upper floor is the bathroom with shower, and the room with a double bed.



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone. Any check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.
