Welcome to your new Athenian retreat, fully designed for modern city living with a nostalgic twist.
Step into a spacious 51 sq. meter apartment flooded with natural light from large balcony doors in both the bedroom and living area. A huge rooftop balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or relax with a book under the Athenian afternoon sun.
The space includes a cozy queen-sized bed, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with an aesthetic walk-in rainforest shower.
Check-in is at 15:00 o’clock.
Check-out is at 11:00 o’clock.
Please respect the neighbors and the resting hours, especially during summertime (15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 - 08:00).
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
No pets are allowed in the premises.
Windows must be closed / locked when not in the house.
Please do not leave lighting and air-conditioning on when leaving the premises.
Please respect the common areas of the premises.
