The Space:

Staying in this very attractive, hotel-inspired apartment gives you five times the space of your average hotel suite, an outstanding terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals, stock your fridge, and take charge of your time in Malta. The textiles, furnishings, and artworks have been carefully selected to create harmony within the neutral color palette—a feature that guests from all over the world love. It’s stylish—you’ll love it.



Your "home away from home" features two double bedrooms (sleeping spaces that will empower you to refuel your body and mind with truly restorative sleep, just as you deserve), two bathrooms (one of which is an ensuite), a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Guests also love the private terrace—perfect for relaxed drinks, with the golden hour being everyone’s favorite time of day—magical. Literally, you have it all. The pool is the star of the show and one of the main reasons why bookings roll in so fast.



Important Information:

- A baby cot is available upon request

- The rooftop pool is heated, with a maximum temperature of 28°C. During the winter months, the actual water temperature may be lower, as it depends on the prevailing weather and outdoor conditions.

- A coffee machine with complimentary pods for the first days of your stay

- Books to borrow (we’re creating a complimentary library so that guests can either borrow or leave any books they complete - this is part of our reading campaign in our holiday home collection)



Guest Access:

This block has an elevator that takes guests straight to the apartment door.

The terrace includes a heated pool, which is private and can be used only by our Zzzing guests.

Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
