Quiet spot, away from the busy downtown, with impressive views of the ocean! Rooms were extremely clean, and well maintained. We loved the little restaurant downstairs for breakfasts/lunches. Perfect walking spots along the ocean, and easy access to the shops, restaurants, and Ferry. Would definitely stay here again!!

The check in was seamless and it was a very short walk from the ferry. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. I would stay here again. The pool was a great reprieve after a hot day out and about. My only word of advice, if you prefer less people/crowds- make your way down to the south end of the island. We weren't really into the party scene and North Beach seemed overpriced, extremely crowded and just a place to sit and drink and eat all day if that's what one chooses. We preferred the quieter pace of the South end and spent a lot of time there snorkeling with WAY LESS people.

This stay was amazing! Friendly staff helped with all our needs. The villa was clean, the beds comfy, the water worked perfectly and it was just as pictured. The jug of water was a nice touch! Kevin was very helpful, and gave us great recommendations. Beautiful ocean and sunsets! We will be coming back!

Great location and wonderful accomodations!

Great location close to restaurants, bars, and shopping, but far enough away for peace and quiet. The owner was easy to work with and the staff was great. We will stay here again for sure!!

Ocean view was exactly as posted in pics. Property clean and close to everything but just far enough away to provide quiet and relaxation at pool and in unit. Grocery store 2 min walk away. The only thing that could have made it better was more things provided in kitchen for cooking like a vegetable peeler/ grater etc.

Amazing place, beautiful, impeccably clean, accurate listing. A bit windy at times but that to be expected when you on the ocean. I had difficulty finding the place with address in goof maps, Keith was available and helped out without delay. The only issue was that I did not receive or could not find the check in email information, but this was not a problem because Keith called me as soon as I messaged him.

So peaceful!

This property was wonderful. I loved the location ... so easy to the ferry (important when lugging luggage! Easy to walk to North Beach. The property was clean and I felt very safe as a solo traveler.

Loved our stay!

Very clean, loved everything about it. Great location. We walked from the ferry and were in walking distance all around the north end. I would 100% stay again.

Great place!

This is an awesome rental. Right down in the action of the town yet very quite and private. The workers were so kind and helpful. The views were beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay on the island! Thanks so much!

Perfect getaway that is close to everything

I took my 20-year old son on a quick getaway to Isla Mujeres over Christmas. We both absolutely loved the Saltillo apartment. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need but still quiet at night. The front desk employee was super helpful. I highly recommend this property and we’ll be back for sure.

Great Location

Excellent property with lots of character; beautiful views of the ocean. The pool was a great alternate to the beach and our 9 year old grandson loved it. We had an issue and Keith promptly addressed the problem. The suite was immaculate and we would definitely return.

Super clean, easy walking to beaches, shopping, nice pools, relaxing location. Vrbo had it lised as 2 bedrooms, but its just 1 and a living room with futon. Still worked for our situation. Kitchen utensils were a little sparse.

Amazing Vacation!!!!

This place is an absolute gem. Perfect location. The place is spotless and has everything you need. Housekeeping was excellent! Met the owner and some others staying there and they were all so nice. The most important part for us was the incredible communication from the owner. He answered all inquiries in a very timely manner. A++++++

This was hands down 10/10 for us. 3min walk from the Ferry, Keith provided clear, detailed directions to the villa. As someone who owns a cleaning business I can say with confidence the room was immaculate - plenty of towels for our 3 day stay (and then some), a second blanket for the bed plenty of pillows and hot water in the shower. The jug of fresh water was a nice touch! The pools were fantastic, very quiet spot and a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The restaurant downstairs is wonderful for breakfast and not gauging tourist prices you find just up the street. Playa Norte is a 5 min walk, you’re close to the busy area but set back enough for a peaceful night sleep. I’m a fanatic for researching and reading reviews before booking stays and I can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back. Local recommendations: Al Natural just up the street has great food at local prices, the golf cart spot attached to the villa is on the cheaper end for rentals and Palapa Leidy in Playa Norte for a massage right on the beach - we negotiated to 1500 pesos for 2 massages. Enjoy!
