We absolutely loved staying here. We have been coming the island annually for many years and this was my favorite place we have stayed. The location is 10/10. Literally just a few steps from the beach. Has a great porch to eat lunch or have a drink. The house was clean and comfortable. It had most amenities you might need to cook breakfast and lunch. I will be staying here again. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Family spring break

Property is well maintained, clean and overall, as advertised. A easy short walk to the beach and restaurants. 20 min to IMG. All appliances are updated and in good condition. Lovely place for a spring getaway

Perfect location

We loved the location of this property. Ocean view and a very short walk to the beach. Our boys loved the pool and the outdoor space was very tropical and beautiful.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jo-El’s place and looking forward to coming back. Beds are comfortable and adjustable as well. We also enjoyed having dinner each night cooking on the charcoal grill and dinner on the shaded patio by the pool and then off to see to the sunset afterwards

Always a great event for us.

Having all the other properties that were damaged by the hurricanes, most of them still needing repairs, we were really impressed that our building was in such good shape. Well done to the owners!!

31st Wedding Anniversary

You only needed to bring yourself! Utensils, pots, pans, oils, seasonings, aluminum foil, plates, bowls, you name it, it was there. Spotless Clean! Newer HVAC systems. Great communication with owners. Best view, greatest pool, high tech laundry and free! Even had detergent and softner. These folks made 1000% certain we were completely satisfied.

Enjoyed our trip, the place is directly across the beach which was nice. enjoyed the small area of the pool, nice to not be in area that's like a hotel. Had just a couple of things that needed fixed but the owners were right on it and took care of right away. Will visit again. Thank you

3 min walk to beach

Jo-el was great and quick to respond when I had questions. We loved the clean condo( I’m picky) and beds were comfy! A few small things that could easily be done to complete guest satisfaction: touch up paint in bathroom and bedroom, get sheets that fit a deep mattress( ours were always slipping off the corners and we had to fix them which was annoying) get a new table set on the deck by kitchen( old paint on the chairs and both them and table look a little well used for a vacation home)!! Also replace the beach chairs- 2 of them are really rusty, moldy😙. I wouldn’t stay here again unless these things were addressed. There are too many other places to stay 😊

Relaxing Getaway

We found this beach get way a couple years back, and we can not find another like it! The property owners were quick to respond to our needs. The condo is well equiped, the upgraded motion beds were fantastic. The accuracy of the property posted on line is spot on. The Gulf is literally across the road, and the sunsets are Glorious. We are definitely returning.

Cozy beach condo in fantastic location

We stayed 3 nights to close out a spring break trip. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. Loved the proximity to the beach and the pool was welcome after all day in the sun. Great location - we rented a golf cart to get around and it was a quick run down to shops and restaurants. Would stay again!
