Sunny Beach Retreat with spectacular gulf views!

Dreaming of watching the sun set over tropical azure waters? You’ll have the opportunity every evening from the balcony of our tastefully decorated condo. The Unit has pretty much everything you need just add people, food and drink. Located at the mid-point of idyllic Anna Maria Island this cheerful 2-bedroom condo boasts all the comforts of home including high speed Wi-Fi allowing you to stream your favourite shows.
Sun Isle 4 comes fully furnished with two queen size beds, with linens. The bathroom has towels and a hair dryer, there's also beach/pool towels for guests to use. A chest located just outside the back door on the upper deck contains beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach buggy for guest use.
The kitchen has just about everything you need and is furnished with a convection/microwave oven, a four burner cook top and a Keurig Coffee maker. Sunisle offers a heated outdoor pool and a place to gather for family friendly meals prepared on a shared charcoal grill. Maybe dinner will include your very own catch of the day?
There's a wee balcony on the front with bar stools and a breakfast bar where you can have coffee in the morning while gazing at the Gulf. A shared washer and dryer can be found in the pool shed along with a two-piece washroom (toilet/sink). There's an outdoor shower down by the outdoor patio area to rinse off after your time at the beach.
You're about 40 steps to the beach which runs along the entire 7 miles of the island. If you walk north about 15 - 20 minutes you'll hit Manatee beach which is the public beach with lifeguards, it has a restaurant an outside bar and a gift shop. Right across from the beach is a little hole in the wall called Skinny's with the best greasy burgers and ice-cold beverages!
There’s a ton of restaurants and little shops on the island within walking distance. No vehicle? No worries! Anna Maria’s free island trolley will take you where you need to go or you can hop on or text the Monkey Bus – they’ll take you anywhere on the Island for a minimal cost. There's a Publix grocery store, Walgreens both with liquor stores and many other shops at the north end of the island.
Anna Maria Island is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on the west, Tampa Bay on the east and Sarasota Bay to the south. It has 7 miles of white sandy beaches, as well as gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. It's located 40 miles south of Tampa, 7 miles west of Bradenton, and about 30 minutes to the city of Sarasota.
