This lakeside home is so absolutely perfect!We have stayed at this home twice and both times the property was exceptionally clean, well equipped and so beautifully decorated. The views are amazing as well!I can’t say enough good things about this lakeside beauty!!

We stay in property rentals all over the world, and this one is definitely in the top tier of favorite places. Wow, beautifully and comfortably decorated with the BEST appliances we’ve ever found! Super clean, super quiet, stunning views, and a kitchen that is equipped for any chef! Book it before it’s gone, I am sure this is a Finger Lakes favorite!

The place was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Love the historical photos! Super relaxing. Top notch kitchen. Was disappointed that the dock was removed and it was not communicated with us. However, it is apparent that the water level is low. The listing says check in at 3pm but the message we received said 4pm. Both are minor issues that did not affect our stay, but worth mentioning. Would highly recommend! It is also worth mentioning that it was very private but I’m sure in the busy season that is difficult due to proximity of other houses. Would stay again. Our last day had 50mph winds all day hence the white cap photos. Other times the lake was calm.
Found a close firewood stand and enjoyed a fire two of our three nights.
Views from the porch were wonderful. Was able to sit on the comfy deck and be sheltered from the wind.
Letchworth State Park is worth a visit during your stay.
Once you figure out how to use it, this machine is amazing. Bring whole beans with you!

The location was perfect for us. Mornings and evenings on the porch enjoying the lake view and close to the activities we planned. The home was very clean with modern appliances. Past experience has me bringing my own pans and cooking utensils, but that was not necessary at this home. It was very comfortable.

Such a beautiful house right on the lake. The house is immaculate and has anything you’d want. So quiet at night. The porch is roomy and peaceful. Surrounding area is hilly and there are quaint towns, farm markets and plenty to do. The Letchworth State Park is very close and a must see.

Looking Forward to a Return Stay

Spent a full week at this lovely lake house feet from the water! Loved the covered porch on the waterfront and the extended dock. Furniture was very comfortable throughout. Kitchen was top notch.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Had a memorable time at this property which is right on the lake. The dock offers scenic solitude and the fishing is great too! Even saw a bald eagle flying over. The king size bed is super comfortable and the shower is fantastic. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

A fabulous waterfront Cottage

Phil: The Waterfront cottage on Conesus lake is spectacular ... all brand new, perfectly decorated, (even had photos of life on Conesus lake from the early 1900s through the 1960's). The cottage was clean, well stocked and right on the lake.. a beautiful view. I will be returning next year!! Thank you so much Phil!!!

Perfect Relaxation Spot!!

Book this place…trust me! My girlfriend and I stayed at this lake front house for a long weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. The inside of the house is quaint and comfortable with everything you could need. The outside has a great deck setup, as well as both a table and fireplace closer to the water. The property was very quiet, the only noise we heard was from the water, boats driving by, or the fireplace crackling at night. We ran into the neighbors a couple of times and

We’re not always upside down, but it was a fun day! Jk - It's so good here we had to acquire the house next door too 5350. This is where my 2 girls and I come to bond and stay centered on the most important things, each other. It is also a great spot for gathering with friends and more family which is what we do all the time too.

Stress disappears immediately here. Everyone that comes here never wants to leave! Once you are here it's quickly understood what makes this private but accessible spot so alluring.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Water goes from zero to about 5' deep in @125 feet off shore before it drops off to 38'. Great for swimming and hanging out. The water is always good here even late summer. The dock is over 100 feet long with plenty of places to sit and relax in the sun or star gaze at night. The end of this dock truly puts you at the center of the lake as you can see both ends of the lake clearly. Level parking and yard. Up to 2-3 deeded level parking spots plus parking at the park next door for any over flow. It's very close to any needed or wanted amenities by car or by water.
