Two Bedroom House - Sirius House

Located on the captivating island of Samos, Sirius House offers easy access to a rich blend of historical sites and beachside relaxation.

It makes it easy to explore the island’s coastline. Pythagorio Beach, with its calm waters and seaside restaurants, is only a short drive away. Right next to it lies Pythagoreio town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its ancient ruins, charming harbor, and lively atmosphere filled with cafés, bars, and shops. Other beautiful beaches, such as Tsamadou, Lemonakia, and Livadaki, are also within easy reach for swimming, sunbathing, or simply relaxing by the sea.

History lovers can also visit the Heraion of Samos (the sanctuary of the goddess Hera), and the impressive Tunnel of Eupalinos, one of the greatest engineering feats of ancient Greece.

For a touch of adventure, hike to the stunning Potami Waterfalls, or enjoy the calm, turquoise bay of Livadaki Beach, perfect for families.

Sirius House is on the beautiful island of Samos, known for its green landscapes, clear waters, and traditional Greek charm. Tucked away in the residential area of Mitilinii, it is close to beaches, tavernas, and local sights.

The house covers 72 sqm and includes a fenced outdoor area with views of the neighborhood and surrounding area. A furnished veranda with a dining table for six and BBQ facilities provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals.

Inside, the home features two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with two single beds (which can be joined into a double). Both are equipped with A/C and 34" flat-screen TVs. The open-plan living and kitchen area features a double sofa bed, A/C, and a 42" flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. A dining table with seating for six is also provided.

A bathroom with a shower is also available, along with a washing machine.

The House can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. A baby cot can also be fitted free of charge, upon prior notification & availability for a child up to 2 years of age.
