This apartment is located in the old mill in Bétera, a historic building with an unbeatable location: on one side, the charming town with all its amenities; and on the other, the orchard, so you can connect with nature.

Our hope is that your stay here will inspire you to slow down, breathe, and simply be. The building is situated right on the border between the town and the countryside, with views of the orchard and the mountains.
A perfect natural setting to remind us that we, too, are part of nature, and that listening to our own rhythms is an act of well-being.

The apartment has been lovingly renovated, is fully equipped, has two double bedrooms, and offers spectacular views.

Just 5 minutes from the metro and right next to a free public parking lot. A unique sense of tranquility very close to Valencia.

The apartment is well laid out and comfortable. Everything worked and we had a great stay. There are great countryside sunrise views from the large bathroom window and from the bedrooms. There’s a large open field with plenty of parking, a rarity in Bétera. There’s building is indeed a 4-5 minute walk to the Bétera Metro station, wth frequent service, roughly 30 minute intervals, into the center of València. Bétera has lots of cafes and some good restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk, plus stores and a Mercadona on the other side of the village. There’s walks nearby in the countryside.
