The apartment is close to stations "Gare du Nord" railway and "Joaquin Sorolla Station (AVE)".



Description:

Charming apartment in the heart of Valencia, in a completely renovated building, from which you can admire the views of the Valencia Cathedral. Located next to the Plaza de la Reina, you will be one step away from all the historical monuments of the City, as well as the main shopping area and the Turia River Gardens.



The 79 m2 apartment very well used, has the following spaces:



- Spacious kitchen-living room with wooden floors, equipped with HD TV, stereo system and comfortable 3-seater sofa, armchair.

- Kitchen open to the living room. Fully equipped with all the essential appliances, it has a washing machine, dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave / grill oven, toaster, kettle, blender ... You will not miss anything.

- Comfortable and quiet master bedroom with a 150x190 cm double bed. with ample storage space and en suite bathroom equipped with double sink and practical shower.

- Second bedroom with 150xx190cm double bed, large mirrored wardrobes.

- Common bathroom with shower.



It is delivered with bedding, towels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities.

Located next to the Plaza de la Reina and very close to the Plaza Redonda, a small square that houses a traditional market whose stalls offer endless products of the most curious.

Among the closest places of interest, the Plaza Lope de Vega stands out, adjacent to the Plaza Redonda, and in which it is said is the narrowest building in Europe, the Church of Santa Catalina, the Central Market, the Lonja de la Seda, the Plaza de la Reina, the Plaza de la Virgen, the Cathedral and the Basilica.

Perfect for family

The apartment is located in the center of the old town, close to many attractions. Public transport and bicycle rentals are close by for travel to areas away from the centre of Valencia. Many restaurants in area. The apartment offers two separate bedrooms which is perfect for two couples or family travelling together. Is there a possibility of getting a couple English language tv channels ? BBC, MSNBC, CBC. English instructions for washer/dryer New bathroom soap dispenser. Rubber shower drain covers to prevent back venting from drain(s)

Prädikat Empfehlenswert!!Schon die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut! Alle waren immer erreichbar und antworteten umgehend. Auch der Check-In war super! Rafa war sehr charmant und erklärte uns die Wohung genau. Alles perfekt!Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal! Und auch die Wohnung für 4 Personen ist super!Lediglich der Mief im Treppenhaus hat uns etwas gestört, Aber es ist eben ein sehr altes Haus.

The air conditioning was superb and the views immaculate. The linen was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The only slight issue was that the second bathroom had a bit of a smell from the drains, but as there were only 2 of us we used the en suite and didn’t use the second bathroom. Also, we didn’t report it.

The apartment is beautiful and couldn't be in a more ideal location. This said, the air conditioner was not working and could not be repaired quickly as it was inaccessible to the repairman sent. There may also have been plumbing problems in the unit/building as there was an unusual smell. Because of the non-functional air conditioning (our stay was in August), we were moved to another apartment in an equally wonderful location. The rental managers were very attentive to the issue and quite accommodating. Though I suspect the air conditioning and plumbing issues in the building existed long before our arrival and thus I would not recommend choosing this unit, I can recommend ApartUP whole heartedly.

Overall a great stay. Excellent location, just off a lovely plaza, and the apartment windows gave a glimpse of the cathedral tower. Apartment is spacious and the back bedroom and bathroom were comfortable. The front bedroom is smaller and was noisier at night but totally fine. We loved having laundry in the apartment. And the host was flexible about meeting us early, so we could get into the apartment after an extremely long night/day of travel.Downsides - the hall bathroom was pretty stinky, like the sewer smell that is apparently an issue in some places in the area. And in the master bath, there was poor handiwork on the towel bars and such - several fell off the wall. And it was so darn frustrating not to have a shelf or basket in the shower, to hold our shampoos etc. It grossed me out to keep them on the shower floor. And super strangely, the apartment building halls/stairs had no lights, and they were so dark, even during the day, that we used our phones as flashlights. The elevator worked intermittently. To be fair, we didn’t tell the host about most of these things until after we left, and they seemed responsive. Except regarding the shower holder lol.But overall it was a great apartment, bright and comfortable, with great AC, and again a great location. Omg we stayed in an actual hotel when we were in Barcelona, and our room was the size of a shoebox, for the same price we paid for this whole apartment.

Nice property but kind of a hassle

The space is attractive and comfortable. But the unit is not stocked with basic necessities. We had to buy our own soap, shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, ect, which was a pain when we first arrived. There's also no manual with local tips or information about check out instructions. We liked the unit, and it's in a great lication just be aware that both bathrooms are beside the primary bedroom so there isn't one close to the second bedroom. Communication with the host company could be better. The unit is leased through a corporation that requires its own extensive forms and check in apart from VRBO, so you have to submit the same information multiple times and communicate through two different forums. They don't have remote entry, so someone has to meet you to let you in. They asked me to provide my check-in and check-out times three times but We like the unitOtherwise the unive

Wonderful!!

We stayed for the marathon. My husband and I and our adult son who was running. The location could not have been better. The apartment is wonderful, and exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice! The location can’t be beat. Close to everything. We are already planning to come back.

Right near Plaça de la Reina with modern furnishings in a loft style apartment. Perfect for our group of 2 couples. The bathrooms had a bad smell that needs to be addressed even as the room fresheners didn’t cover up the smell. Great Location

Old Town City Break

Lovely modern apartment, good amenities, great location by the Cathedral, with easy access to all the sites. Our only problem was with shower heads in both bathrooms which need attention.

Valencia surprise

Our stay was enjoyable in Valencia. Our apartment was perfectly placed . Transport was excellent - opportunities for culture emense. Our apartment had a few issues :- the larger of the two bedrooms doesn’t have a window !! The main bathroom shower head is broken and probably has been for some time . The two high stools by the kitchen bar have breakages and therefore not comfortable to use. The sofa is a sofa bed and therefore quite uncomfortable - leaving one armchair, which was very comfortable. I used to sit at the dining table as it was more comfortable than the “sofa”. It has good air conditioning 👍 The apartment is cleaned thoroughly but the cleaners don’t maintain the furnishings etc., the owner should ensure that everything is in working All in all we would certainly return to Valencia again.

Tout est parfait dans cet appartement. Sa localisation, ses équipements ( cuisine, climatisation, lave-vaisselle, lave linge sèche linge) font que le séjour a été très agréable. Cela fait 10 ans que je viens à Valence et je n’ai jamais eu un appartement aussi complet. On se sent comme à la maison. Le rapport qualité / prix est un plus. La remise des clés s’est faite en personne et sans problème. Je reviendrai dans cet appartement les yeux fermés Ne changez rien, tout est parfait

Fantastic Spot!

We loved this apartment! Excellent location in the old town and just a short cab to the beach. We walked pretty much everywhere...even to the train station for day trips. Very clean, all the bells and whistles (laundry, dishwaser, etc.) Excellent communication with the manager and overall a great experience. We will definitely stay here again! (One note for potential guests...our air conditioning was not working very well and Valencia is HOT in the Summer so keep that in mind.)

Wonderful stay in Valencia’s old town

The apartment is located in a beautiful square in old town with bells from the church ringing and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great accommodations and a wonderful host. Don’t miss this on your next trip to Valencia!

Perfect to visit the historic center and a trip to ciudad de la ciencia y las artes. The kitchen equipment is very good. One of the two bathrooms smells terrible because of the drain in the shower so we only used the other one.

Beautiful flat in a great location

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Great kitchen and living space. Bright, light, pleasant with big windows that opened to lovely views of the square. The location was perfect. Shops and restaurants close by. Access to transportation. Highly recommended.

Location, location, location!

We had the best stay in Valencia! We had two adult couples had plenty of space for everyone with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and kitchen. The location could not have been better, next to the Plaza de la Reina. The owner responded quickly with our questions! We would definitely rent again!!
