The bedroom is a separate room that includes the living area with a sofa bed and 32-inch TV, combining rest and lounge space in one area. To the left of the entrance, you will find the kitchen, in rustic style and fully equipped with everything you need.

The property also offers a separate dining area, perfect for enjoying breakfasts and dinners in comfort. The full bathroom, with shower, includes towels and a hairdryer.

The house features fiber optic WiFi at 300 Mbps and its location in Telde allows easy access to local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
