Good Location

Overall this property worked well for our family of 5. Good location, layout, and complex amenities. However, upon arrival we immediately noticed issues with cleanliness. Some pillow cases were stained and obviously were not washed. Would stay here again if these issues were resolved.

Great location

Pro: very close location to Eagle lodge! Can’t beat the location. Place was clean. Con: no elevator; hard to move luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs. Host communication wasn’t great in terms of response to booking an extra night and request for late checkout. One bathroom was out of soap. DVD player wasn’t plugged in and hard to reach the outlet. Broken clothes/towel warmer.

Location, location, location

Great condo - Walking distance to Eagle lodge. We were a party of 6 & the condo was perfect for our group. 2 Dads & 4 adult kids. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great Unut!

Bigger than it looks, kitchen has nice pots and pans, dishes and a variety of utensils. Coffee, filters and nice coffee pot were great. Nice selection of sleeping pillows. Very clean. Nice towels. Over all? A ten out of ten! Host was informative and very responsive. Thank you. We’ll be back!

Mammoth is our happy place:)

This condo at the Summit has been remodeled which makes it more pleasant than some of the other units. It was clean and quiet as it’s upstairs and the balcony faces the interior of the complex instead of the street. We had a couple minor problems which were immediately addressed; the management company (Nomadness) brought us a replacement fan the same day we called and were pleasant to deal with:) The pots, pans, and kitchen ware were in great condition. Bedding and towels were all clean and in good condition. The Summit complex has let a few things on their property fall into disrepair but the condo we stayed in was nice. We would definitely stay here again:)

Cute condo in Mammoth

Overall satisfied with our stay. Some of the furniture felt a bit rickety and we avoided using then in fear of breaking anything. The king sized bed in the second bedroom was VERY hard and uncomfortable and the bed frame was very wobbly. There was no information in the listening says that the room did not have AC, however i did ask the property manager for a couple extra fans and they had them to us in within a couple hours. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment which made for some of the short falls.

Great Family Stay

Lovely and spacious, family-friendly and clean! Great spot to stay in Mammoth. The home was perfect for our stay with our family of 6. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and handsoap. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Complex has 2 spas with sauna just outside the unit. We will definitely stay here again.

Big place

There were many beds, it was more spacious than what the pictures showed. It slept all of us very comfortably. Great ski in ski out location, would love to stay again.

Nice amenities

Our group of five fit perfectly in this nice little condo. It had everything we needed to cook multiple meals go skiing and enjoy our time in Mammoth. We really loved the hot tub and the grill.

Great location -- short walk to Eagle Lodge

We were very pleased with our stay here. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. There is good seating in the living room, but there could be better lighting. There could also be brighter bedside lamps for reading in bed. It's great to park in the inside garage (one car). Our other car parked nearby in the Summit complex's lot. We loved skiing at Mammoth, and staying so near to the lift made it easy for us in any weather.

Great Slopeside Stay!

Stayed for four nights. Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Communication with property manager was excellent. Short walk to Eagle lift was amazing especially since it allowed us all to come back for lunch. Overall had a fantastic stay!

Close but not ski-in ski-out

The property is very convenient but is not a true ski-in ski-out property. The space is very nice, but we were asked to take off shoes before walking into the property and keeping a light foot when walking around as to not disturbed the lower units. The gas fireplace hardly worked, and the nice relaxing fire we were anticipating was never enjoyed. If you intend to relax at the hot tub, which just outside the unit, please bring your own towels as you are given only one set of towels for your entire stay. Overall, a good place for the money and a short walk to the Eagle lifts and lodge.

Super Close to Eagle Lodge

Condo accommodated all of us comfortably and loved that we could walk to lifts. It was about a 3 minute walk to Eagle Lodge. We had a great time.

Convenient but a little run down

Standard Mammoth pad, convenient, just across street from Eagle lift. Dishwasher was broken on arrival. Management was very communicative but couldn't get it fixed while we were there. Hot tub in facility is a biohazard, hence the low grade for cleanliness. Overall what you come to expect in these older Mammoth condos.
