Great location and check-in was hassle free. All info was sent in text befor we arrived. Support group was responsive and pleasant to work with. The only negative was the kitchen refrigerator did not work. A backup was provided in the garage. That was inconvenient since the kitchen was on the second floor and we had to go through the kids sleeping area to get to the garage.

Beach Getaway

The house was nice w 4 king beds & 4 bathrooms. The location to beach was about 15 min walk, you could bike but had to still walk 5 min from parking as you couldn’t ride/leave bikes parked on water side & trams were long wait. The community pool was a 2 min walk from house & always seats available Washer/dryer were stackable & not equipped for group of 14. Dryer took 4 cycles to dry towel. I think upgrade needed.

First time stay along 30A

The location of this property is extremely convenient. Walking or biking distance to so many great shops, restaurants, and cafes. The initial code we were given to enter the property didn’t work but in a very short time the property management team had someone at the property to fix the door. The washer and dryer in the property are very small for the number of guests the property allows for. Overall the home was spacious , a great use of space and very clean. Beds are great. The pools and pool area available to guests of this home are not fantastic. It was busy because we were there over a holiday weekend, but it appears the pools receive very little attention. By day 3 or 4 there was algae growing along the edges in both pools. Lounge chairs are very old and in rough shape. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk from the unit. Plan to get there early in the day as it gets very crowded. We’ll be back to 30A. Truly a unique stretch of communities.

Great property Great Location

A quick weekend getaway and the property was great. Elevator was a great help with luggage + 3 stories. We didn't really use the kitchen, but it was appointed nicely if we had needed to. Only one minor hiccup was the battery failing in one of the smoke detectors causing it to make the dreaded chirping sound, but the property manager sent someone immediately and they corrected it quickly. Would definitely recommend this property!

Convenient location, great set-up

The house was convenient, clean, and had all we needed for a week-long stay. The HOA security at the property, however, was completely overwhelmed by the number of spring breakers, and the house’s proximity to the marketplace- which would be ideal any other time - meant that we were surrounded by unsupervised teenagers, even well after the city’s imposed curfew. We can’t say there would be many places to escape teenagers on 30A during spring break; however, this house’s location was especially in the thick of it.

Sail away great spot for the whole family

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sailaway and had plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids. Great furnishings and super clean. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Great location! Pool steps away! Loved how it was equipped for families. We didn’t need but did notice pack and plays in upstairs and downstairs bedroom closets. Great touch!

Great Family Vacation

What a great family week at the beach! We had everything we needed as soon as we got there. The property is exactly as pictured. It’s directly behind the Seacrest retail circle, and adjoins the condos at Rosemary beach at the rear. The big kids lived on the bikes. This property is literally half a block from the pools and tram stop. The trams are full but frequent. The trip to the beach is easily walked unless you have toddlers. The wading pool was a huge hit with the little ones-it’s enormous and there is a lovely shady area with tables and grills overlooking it. It’s immediately adjacent to the adult pool. Please note—this is in Seacrest Villages so you won’t have access to the lagoon pool. I’m not sure we missed it. Our kids enjoyed the bikes and skim boards on the beach—they dipped in the adult pool on the way in from the beach to cool off and then they were off!! Wifi handled 12 of us with all manner of devices and Netflix. Elevator a big plus for handling bags to top floor. There are two Publix stores very close on 98. 30A is more crowded than ever. Make restaurant reservations at Rosemary or Alys when you book this property. There isn’t a lot of fast food and lines are long. The retail at Seacrest includes a Starbucks, a fabulous seafood hut, a bakery, 2 ice cream stops and 2 pizza places. There is also a sundries store with delicious breakfast and sandwiches. Rosemary and Alys beach food and shopping are both walkable.

Family Vaca 2023

We had a great time at Sail Away! The bikes were a big hit with the grandkids. The use of a kids pool as well as a deeper one was also very nice for a family with a wide age range of children. The house had all the necessities and was in a great location!

Great getaway

We arrived on 05/15. We were very surprised to get to be able to check in a little early. This house is very close to the shops in Seacrest and is very close to the E8 tram stop. The house was very clean and comfortable. It has several beds. There were 6 in our party. Everything was great.

Great location!

The house had everything we needed. A quick walk to the beach or into Rosemary for dinner. We enjoyed using the bikes, porch, and fun games in the garage. We would definitely recommend this to a friend!
