Hayloft, a first-floor apartment, consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster, a living/dining room with sofa, dining table, TV, and DVD player, and balcony with chairs, a game room with external and communal features table tennis, pool, soft skittles, Fußball, and TV & DVD player, and an external laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom is a double. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed shared front lawn with furniture and off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Return year after year to Hayloft. Town: Ipswich is one of England’s oldest towns, believed to have been created in Anglo-Saxon times and built up more and more around the dock since then. Now, the dock area has undergone a large redevelopment, offering a good selection of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina. As well as a selection of historic buildings around the town, it is also home to the youngest Grade I listed building, a large, glass-built commercial office building in the town centre. Ipswich was awarded the cleanest town award in 2007 and has a number of things to do, including a good selection of shops to browse and brilliant restaurants and bars, not to mention being home to Ipswich Town Football Club! The town offers a central location for exploring the popular county of Suffolk, with its beautiful heritage coastline, historical villages and beautiful waterways; a great place to visit, all year round.
