Penthouse apartment with a large terrace facing a garden, just next to the Gulbenkian Foundation. The flat is close to the historic centre but in a quieter, more residential neighbourhood, away from the tourist crowds yet very well connected. El Corte Inglés, shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
The metro is about 100 metres away, with direct lines to the airport and the historic centre, and access by car is simple from the Algarve or the North via the main highways. The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator.
Inside, a bright and spacious living and dining room opens onto the terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or a drink at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped for both short and longer stays. There are two comfortable bedrooms also openig to the terrace and two full bathrooms, offering plenty of privacy and convenience for a couple, a family of three, or two people travelling together for work or leisure.
