Julio's apartment is elegant, spacious, and clean clean clean! Fabulous having 3 bathrooms, all with showers. Also a great location. Everything we wanted or needed was within walking distance - wonderful restaurants, transportation nearby, a grocery store right next door, and of course... shopping!! A nice bonus... the park across the street is lovely!! Highly recommend!!

The apartment was spacious and clean. It's walking distance to a really nice park and museum. There's a grocery store next door and a few restaurants that are walking distance. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would recommend staying here. We had a lovely time visiting Lisbon.

This apartment is located in a great part of Lisbon, across the street from the Gilbekian gardens which has beautiful flora and fauna plus a number of world class museums. The San Sebastián metro stop is a7 minute walk and the blue and red lines intersect there to take you to wherever you want to go in short order. The phenomenal El Corta Ingles is a 10 minute walk and offers great grocery shopping plus high end retail. And the apartment is perfect for people who like to stay in and cook - fully equipped kitchen- with a washer for keeping the travel clothes presentable. The bedrooms are in the back, away from the street, so very quiet for sleeping in, and there is a back yard that is shady in the evening where you can enjoy cocktails (plus a downstairs neighbor who has the most wonderful cat enclosure which made us laugh - lucky kitties). Having more than 1 bathroom (3!) was a nice benefit. And for we who had a gluten free traveler there was a dedicated GF bakery and cafe (Rice Me) right up the street. This is the perfect spot to enjoy Lisbon,

Perfect Stay

Property was beautiful and in great location. Julio greeted us, checked us in and gave us excellent recommendations about the area. Definitely a place to return to when traveling next to Lisboa.

Great apartment - enjoyed our stay

I have nothing but good things to say about this property. Everything was as expected. Try the restaurants on the boulevard two blocks away. The Armenian restaurant was excellent.

Portugal with lifelong friends

What a great place to stay in Lisbon for two couples. Quiet neighborhood, yet a central location, near transportation, inexpensive Uber location, next door to a grocer, down the street from many many restaurants. The Gulkenian park was an unexpected treat. The owners were helpful and friendly. The unit was well appointed. At checkin, there is government online passport registration, refundable damage deposit, cash required for city tax/$/day/person and need for Whatsapp access. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely Apartment

Loved having 3 showers for 5 people. Apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and yes others have mentioned, the convenience of the little market next door was wonderful. Fairly easy access to Metro, about a 10-minute walk.

Great place to stay

The apartment itself is very nice, with two huge bedrooms and three full baths. There is good separation between the living/kitchen area and the sleeping areas, with very quiet floors that make moving about the apartment very easy without disturbing anyone who may be early to bed or early to rise. Just outside the apartment is a supermarket that has pretty much everything you would need, be it snacks, drinks, or food to cook your own meals. The surrounding neighborhood also has a diverse collection of restaurants that allow you to eat just about any style cuisine that you would like. The apartment is also about a 5 minute walk from a metro stop, which itself is about a 10 minute ride down to the old historical center of Lisbon. We definitely recommend staying here.

You won’t regret it!

This unit and Julio’s help were fantastic. This is the perfect stay for someone who want’s to stay away from the tourist center is a more quiet residential area, that is convenient to the metro, easy for Uber, and close to the airport for entry and exit from Lisboa. Even our guide was impressed with the wisdom of the location we chose! The unit is beautiful, spacious, extremely well appointed, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Julio helped us find some great restaurants and I found the most fascinating architectural bookstore!

Six Weeks in Lisbon

As our first time in Portugal, the Gulbenkian apartment in Lisbon was a perfect location since it was close to the metro, grocery stores, restaurants, rental car agency. One minor downfall was the noise level of tenants above, and the noise of frequent grocery store delivery trucks in front of the apartment. The Host was amazing and helpful!

Fabulous Apartment in Great Part of Town

The apartment was wonderful for my husband, my mother and I. Great location close to restaurants and stores and a short 12-15 min ride to the City Center. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We would love to rent again one day!

Nice place

We really enjoyed the apartment. Motorized privacy blinds on the street side of building Nice kitchen with washer/dryer, and 3 full bathrooms. Bedroom with lots of closet space. Grocery story just steps away. Underground parking in front of apartment for 8e a day.

A great location and a comfortable apartment

This luxury apartment was just 7 steps above the street level and close to a neighborhood grocery store, restaurants, a park and a major world class art museum. There was plenty of storage space, closets, and drawers. The apartment was immaculate. The A/C splits in each room worked flawlessly. There are three full bathrooms and a private outside balcony. We had issues finding the apartment. Using only the street address given, we were misdirected to the same street name in a remote suburb of Lisboa by Google maps which delayed our arrival by 30 minutes. Our host was patient with our late arrival. More specific driving directions would have been helpful. To obtain accurate directions we were told to download WhatsApp which we do not normally use. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this luxury apartment.
