Summary:

In the heart of Trevi, a few steps from the Trevi Fountain and the Quirinale, a bright apartment for up to 6 guests. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, air conditioning and an elevator in the building. A central, well-connected base to explore Rome's historic centre on foot. Self check-in available.



The Space:

Apartment of about 70 sqm on an upper floor, reachable by elevator. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living area includes a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle) with a dining space.



Comfort: air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi (Fastweb), TV. Linens and towels are provided.



Beds are made up for the number of guests booked; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one set of towels per person (body + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in the Trevi district, one of the most central and iconic areas of Rome. The Trevi Fountain is a short walk away, along with the Quirinale, Piazza di Spagna, the Pantheon and Via del Corso for shopping.



The streets around offer trattorias, cafés, wine bars and historic shops. It is an ideal base to explore the historic centre entirely on foot.



Getting Around:

The area is very central and best explored on foot. The nearest metro station is Barberini (line A), about 5 minutes away, with direct connections to Termini and the Vatican area. Several bus lines pass nearby.



The apartment is within the ZTL (limited traffic zone): driving and parking in the centre are not recommended.



From Fiumicino Airport: Leonardo Express train to Termini, then metro or taxi; taxis have a fixed fare to the centre. From Ciampino Airport: shuttle bus or train to Termini, then onward, or a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 6:00 PM the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.



For stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings are available for a fee (same rate applied at booking).



Luggage drop-off is possible before check-in or after check-out at our office in Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Free service, availability to be checked in advance by contacting us.



When you contact us via phone or email, always state the name of the apartment and the check-in date.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

We communicate in Italian, English, Spanish and French.



The apartment is in a lively central area: some street noise may be noticeable at night, especially near the windows facing the street.
