Monti Deluxeは、魅力的なMonti地区のVia Palermoにあるエレガントな建物の5階（エレベーター付）に位置する洗練されたアパートメントです。
アパートにはコロッセオとローマの歴史的中心部の壮大な景色を楽しむことができ、そこからすべての部屋からアクセス可能な周囲のテラスがあります。 夕暮れ時の景色はとても印象的です。
モンティデラックスは約95平方メートルの広さで、非常に快適なダブルソファーベッド、バスルーム、キッチンのある2つのダブルベッドルーム、快適なリビングルームがあります。
キッチンには食事を準備したり食べたりするのに必要なものがすべて揃っています。アパー���はエアコン、暖房、洗濯機、WiFiインターネットアクセスを備えています。 サロンにはスマートテレビがあります。私たちはすべてのお客様にリネンとタオルを提供します。
Monti Deluxeは、Via Palermo、3（Via del Boschetto通り）に位置し、コロッセオ、ヴェネツィア広場、トレビの泉などの多くの観光スポットへ徒歩でアクセスできます。 約500メートルで地下鉄駅（ラインB "Cavour"）といくつかのバス路線があります。

Good location in the Monti district. Convenient walking to historic sites and a view of the coliseum. Secure building with elevator. Coffee and tea provided. Has good AC, a must in Rome in summer. Large balcony, washer, kitchen with equipment to cook meals,WiFi. Multiple good restaurants everywhere close. Communication with owner was quick and owner was accommodating when additional family joined us last minute. Would stay again and highly recommend this unit.

Well located two-bed apartment in Monti.

Nice two-bed apartment with a/c, a wrap-around balcony, and friendly management team who kindly left us some water and wine for our arrival. It's well located with good resturants nearby and a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. Send a city tax link that's separate from your portal. That part was confusing.

A great place to stay

This is a good apartment, close to many attractions and there are several restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen, although we didn’t use it much as we were only staying for a few days.

Just what needed.

The apartment was perfect for us, a family of four with two teenagers. The apartment was clean, spacious with spectacular views. We had excellent communication throughout our stay with easy to follow instructions. The apartment is perfectly placed for travel around the city. Not only walking distance to the colosseum but also close to the train station and metro. Not a criticism just an observation, the recycling bin map could need updating as we struggled to locate the ones on your map. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Air conditioning cannot cool the apartment. There are 2 units both in the bedrooms and can't cool the apartment. The balcony door in the kitchen is broken and can't be closed. We had to tie rope around the door handles to keep it closed. The freezer hasn't been cleaned.The toilet seat moves. The washing machine smells and has mold . The the chairs and table on the balcony are in very bad shape and the clothes hanger is broken. The elevator broke the afternoon prior to our departure. Informed host and there was no response. Next day had to carry suitcases down 5 flight of steps.

very nice apartment. clean and comfortable for 5 of us

We only stayed there one night, but the apartment is great . Has a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. clean and safe building with an elevator. Just one bathroom so that could have been an issue for our family of 5 if we had stayed longer. would definitely recommend

Outstanding Rome rental

Our family of 4 stayed for 4 nights. This apartment was a great size for the four of us to spread out. The terrace is amazing. The location is close to anything you could need, markets, coffee shop, restaurants. The view from the terrace of the city makes you feel like a local. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The management team was great to work with and the check in/check out was simple.

The response of host was great. They took care of any issues we had. The only suggestion I had was that they leave instructions for the stove.

Monte Deluxe Terrace

The apartment was clean and is a good location. The support was good when we had questions. The building is beautiful and the balcony was lovely. There should be utensils. We did not have forks, spoons, or knives.

Amazing stay, beautiful views. Quaint and historic.

It was the perfect stay for us. Location was perfect. The atmosphere and the terrace were picture perfect. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. No complaints. You should have. Scheduled preventative maintenance program for the properties. Pick a day once a month and do a deep cleaning and touch up paint. Deep clean from ceiling to floors. It keeps them fresh with limited effort after your first PM Deep clean
