Royal House is a welcoming residence for a maximum of 6 people in the tranquillity of the Mincio park.



On the first floor, we find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan space with a lounge, a double sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.



Going up to the upper floor, we find a spacious double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a bathroom complete with a shower.



The house is equipped with a washing machine, Wi-Fi connection, and private parking for your convenience.



The dwelling overlooks a communal garden, with a wood-fired oven for pizzas or barbecue, to offer a pleasant outdoor space for convivial moments with family and friends.



Situated among the morainic hills in a strategic location between the Mantua-Peschiera cycle path, the Cavour Water Park, Borghetto sul Mincio, and just 15 minutes from the shores of Lake Garda.
