dining area, accessible through a graceful arched entryway, features a
large table with seating for up to six guests.
The living room offers a cosy yet elegant setting with a woven sofa and
armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi throughout the property. The
home is load-shedding friendly, supported by a large generator to keep
the lights and internet running without interruption.
Upstairs, guests will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the
third bedroom and an additional bathroom are located downstairs. The
main bedroom features a king-sized bed, air conditioning, and access to
a beautiful private balcony complete with an outdoor dining table for
eight, a braai area, and breathtaking views overlooking the historical
buildings of Sea Point.
The second bedroom includes a double bed, television, and easy access
to the remaining bathroom, which includes a bathtub. The third bedroom
offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, vanity, and
toilet, along with French doors that open directly to the garden and
plunge pool area. Fresh linen and towels are provided for your
convenience.
For added comfort and security, the property features air conditioning
and heating in all rooms, an alarm system for peace of mind, and
private on-site parking within the premises.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
