Raised ground floor apartment with private 30-square-meter terrace/garden and sea view, surrounded by the greenery and peace of the Ligurian countryside, just 15 minutes by car from the beaches and the centres of Alassio and Albenga.
Outdoor area equipped with a dining table, parasol, deck chairs, lounge area with swing, barbecue, and table football.
We are located in Arnasco, the village of Olive Oil and Wine. It is possible to arrange tastings and visits to local oil mills and wineries with the owner, as well as trips and excursions to the Caravelle Water Park, Gallinara Island, Toirano Caves, and the Garlenda Golf Club.

Entrance into living room with double sofa bed and kitchen with induction hobs, 1 double bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning in the living room. Wi-Fi. 1 child aged 0–3 with cot and high chair. No pets.
The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Refundable Security Deposit, Utilities.
