Fantastic villa in a very quiet area.

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the layout is perfect for privacy with all bedrooms having their own bathroom. The pool area was great, and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. A perfect place to relax for a few days.

The house is located a bit farther from the city center, so having a car is convenient

The house is located a bit farther from the city center, so having a car is convenient. However, it is still accessible by public transport. Buses run frequently and the bus stops are very close, which makes commuting quite easy even without a car. The house itself is large and spacious, with all the necessary kitchen equipment. Everything was clean, tidy, and bright. The yard is well maintained and spacious, with a clean pool and plenty of space to relax. During our vacation we did not miss anything — everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is large, making the house very comfortable for familiesgroups. Overall, the property was very clean and well organized. If you are traveling with children, there is a very nice playground in the nearby Cave Park. The area is also great for nature lovers — there are mountains nearby with many hiking trails. From the windows you can see both the mountains and the sea,

Our stay at Casa 1073 – Villa Lormar was truly unforgettable

Our stay at Casa 1073 – Villa Lormar was truly unforgettable. We travelled as a couple with our children, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like home — but even better. The house is incredibly spacious and full of natural light, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy their own space. The outdoor area was definitely the highlight for us — the kids had the best time playing and swimming, while we were able to unwind and enjoy peaceful moments in the sun. Since the pool has a cover, the water stays pleasantly warm on sunny days, which meant we could enjoy swimming for much longer. It felt private, safe, and absolutely perfect for a family holiday. Every evening we shared dinners, laughter, and special moments that we will always treasure. It’s one of those rare places you truly don’t want to leave. Thank you to Spainsunrentals for making everything so easy and smooth. We would love to come back again. 💛
