3-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the historic centre, right next to the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.

The living area has a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen, with a separate entrance, is fully equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering - oven and washing machine included.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (135x190cm); bedroom 2 has twin beds (90x190cm); bedroom 3 has twin beds (90x190cm). All rooms have a wardrobe for storing your belongings.

The two bathrooms have a walk-in shower or a bathtub with a shower head.

Other features: high speed fiber optic internet connection, central air-conditioning with cooling and heating and marble flooring. Third floor, with elevator.

Washing / drying: The apartment has a washing machine and rack to dry your clothes inside. You can also use the laundry service at Calle Fernández y González 20, located just 1min walk away.

We had a comfortable stay, but there were a few significant drawbacks. The main shower was poorly cleaned, which was disappointing for an otherwise decent property. Additionally, when we called the check-in contact to ask if a large car could be driven all the way to the unit, we were assured there would be no issues. Unfortunately, this advice proved inaccurate—navigating the narrow, pedestrian-filled streets was exactly the challenge we had hoped to avoid.Another point worth noting is the high level of street noise, due to the location and window shutters that need repair. This could be a concern for light sleepers. Overall, while the stay had its positives, these issues impacted our experience.

It is a beautiful flat absolutely in the center of Seville. Great for a family with all you need.

Fantastic location in Seville

The apartment was in a very safe area and just a couple minute walk from the Seville Cathedral and heart of the town. We were met at the apartment to receive the keys and show us around the apartment. This was extremely easy and helpful and we got some fantastic restaurant recommendations. Of note is that there is a cafe/bar just beneath/across the street near the entrance to the apartment. It is a bit loud at night until the bar closes.

Not comfortable

Communication was good. Upon checkin we found it not as clean as we expected. The air vents had dust hanging from them. Floor had dust balls and dirt and needed to be cleaned. 2 towels smelled bad. We were initially told no one could help us, but after complaining someone came the next day with a duster and clean towels. No milk or cream for coffee provided. No tea. No snacks. No hot water for showers the first night and ran out of hot water the last night. The bed broke when my husband sat on it and he only weighs 198 lbs. The location was great near the cathedral and a nice cafe for breakfast, but it is very noisy through the night even with the windows closed. I do not recommend this location If you like warm/hot showers and it quiet when you sleep.

Great location

Perfect location although somewhat noisy. Not super clean, but ok. Beds and pillows were not great. Likely we would look elsewhere on a return trip to Seville.

Perfect location

This property was located in the perfect spot where we could just walk to the main attractions in Seville or just be in the center of the city life. The kitchen was very basically equipped for our long stay and. we had to improvise when preparing a few home cooked meals, but that's on us as with as many places to eat around who needs to cook?

location plein centre de Séville idéale pour un court séjour.

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Appartement en plein centre, idéal pour visiter Séville a pieds. les chambres ne sont pas très spacieuses mais suffisantes pour un court séjour.Équipements corrects. Quartier très vivant donc bruyant, celà ne nous a pas gêné en octobre mais cela peut être plus gênant l'été.

Brilliant apartment, superb location

We absolutely loved this property. We are a family of four and it's spacious and airy, and very conveniently located, mere minutes from the cathedral and the alcazar. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a great place

This was everything we hoped for and more. It was located perfectly and everything was in walking distance. It’s surrounded by restaurants and bars on all sides. The beds were very comfortable compared to other places we stayed. The property manager was nice and welcoming. I would definitely rent this place again if/when I come to Seville.

Lovely apartment. Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay here. Damien was very helpful and prompt in our check in process. The location of this apartment is perfect. Close to cathedral, Calle de Sierpes, the river. We packed light so having a washer/dryer was crucial and this worked great. Highly recommend this apartment!!!!

Memorable first time in Seville

The apartment was an ideal spot for a group of friends to visit Seville. The location allowed for easy access to bars, restaurants and sightseeing spots. The staff was very nice and happy to recommend amazing local spots. I highly recommend this apartment.
