Quality bed linen is provided along with Sheridan towels. Hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms, and the ensuite also has a hair straightener.

The apartment includes two good-sized bedrooms; the primary bedroom has split system air-conditioning, a walk-in robe, and an ensuite. It has a large smart TV and has direct access to the balcony. The KING bed in the primary is a luxury new Sealy Posturepedic Crown Jewel mattress.

The main bathroom is designed with a shower over bathtub. Additionally, there's a convenient in-unit separate laundry equipped with both a new washing machine and tumble dryer.

The tennis court is located at the back of the apartment. A fitness kit (tennis racquets, tennis balls, badminton set, pickleball set, yoga mat, hand weights, skipping ropes, pool toys and pool noodles) is available for our guests.

Sunset-on-the-Strand is situated a secure gated complex for your peace of mind. There are two secure parking spaces available for your stay. One undercover and the other to the rear of the building. Additional visitor and free street parking is available nearby.

Situated on the 4th floor with lovely water views, there are two lifts available.
Please note that the maximum clearance of the car parking garage is approximately 2 meters height and 2.9m width.
A noise and smoke monitoring device is installed at the property. It tracks decibel levels only and does not record any conversations.
