This characterful home combines rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring a private sauna and lush, wraparound gardens. Unwind by the fire, throw open the French doors to birdsong, and relax after a day exploring historic Lewes and its castle views.

• 4 spacious bedrooms (1 king, 2 doubles, 1 single)
• 2.5 modern bathrooms
• Private sauna
• Outdoor shower (great after sauna sessions)
• Open-plan living space
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Peaceful location with fresh countryside air
• Tuned Piano

• Parking: Metered on-street parking is available directly outside the property in Zone B. If spaces are unavailable, Zone A is just a 2-minute walk further up the road and is usually a reliable alternative, (cost is less than £4 per day).
• Please note: The house is tucked away at the top of a 30-metre hill, offering a peaceful and private setting. The walk is gently uphill and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, and towels are provided.
• Location: Lewes Castle is just an 8-minute walk away.
• House rules: Strictly no uncontrolled parties.
