Spring Break

We rented this cute little place for my daughter and I over spring break. I can not say enough about how perfect it was. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk everywhere. The bookstore and shops are all wonderful. It was very family friendly. We will absolutely be back soon. It was perfect for the two of us :)

Wonderful bungalow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this little bungalow! My husband and I stayed her for 6 nights. We loved the location super close to the beach and the town center. We didn’t drive our car the entire time we were there. We loved the adult only pool which was also very close. We played tennis and the tennis courts were a short walk. We really loved our stay and we plan to visit again! My only changes would be to maybe make the outdoor shower more private with a wall, I was showering after the beach (in my swimsuit) and someone walked by walking their dog and that was a little awkward. The balcony could also use a screen or a bit more privacy but this didn’t impact our stay.

The decor and the amenities provided were top notch, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, linens, towels, and reliable/fast wifi.The location was perfect - in the center of town and steps away from town square with easy access to restaurants, shops, and beach.The host was extraordinarily responsive and helpful with overall communication and in answering questions. The host provided local tips and ensured a seamless check-in/check-out process. Gold star host!We appreciated the welcome packet and unexpected welcome bag with goodies. Great location

Bingo's Bungalow was just as advertised. Place was clean and well appointed. We did not cook any meals in the small kitchen but you could have. One suggestions is to add an icemaker. Fridge is dorm size but was perfect for our needs. Our only complaint was a service company came out and washed the outside of the property with bleach while we were in the home. We contacted the property manager and they were helpful with the situation. Some of our stuff got wet because the windows were open and they offered us reimbursement. Overall, we loved the area and the property was great.

Relaxing and Peaceful

My husband and I took our first trip to Seaside. This location was perfect for us. The studio was breezy, relaxing and peaceful. The property management was very attentive and friendly. We didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay.

Perfect for two

Bungalow was quiet and nice. Was a little older, but well maintained. Very convenient to the town square. The dedicated parking space was great to have too.

Our experience at Seaside was...Outstanding. Bingo's Bungalow was comfortable, clean and a joy to stay in. We visit Seaside often and this is now one of our favorites.

Solo Mom Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I flew down from New England for a solo Mom trip and to refresh my batteries. The bungalow is absolutely precious and you can't beat the location. Upon my arrival the rental company liaison met me to welcome me and answer any questions that I had. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Shortly after that, I picked up my bike which was another smooth process. My only complaint would be that the shower curtain liner had mold on it and should be replaced. Other than that one tiny thing, everything was beyond perfect! I'd stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, we enjoyed being at Seaside. We have rented from you and Cottage Rental Agency about 20 times. We said we would not recommend the property because of 1) a dishwasher that is run down and had to call for help AND 2) A microwave that warms but you can't read the numbers. It is especially annoying because a new microwave of this quality an be purchased for $100 or less. I really think people that rent from you, like us, have a higher expectation than those appliances at Bingo's Bungalow.
