Lovely 1 bed near the beach and all the sun and fun.

We really enjoyed the time we spent here. The apartment was well decorated and well kept. 1 issue came up and the owner came and addressed the problem in a timely manner. The beach and numerous cafe's are just a 3 minute walk. The sun shines on the balconey all afternoon. Sometimes too hot. Loved it. The ceiling fan got a workout. The in house cafe' serves a good menu and well priced drinks. I would recommend it for any length of stay.

Lovely modern apartment, in a great location just a short walk from the beach and all bars and restaurants . The apartment had everything you would need for your stay, very clean. Can't wait to return.

Lovely little Apartment close to all Amenities

My husband and I have just recently spent 9 nights staying in Jorge's lovely little apartment. It is modern and clean and bright. Ideally situated for easy access to the beach, Restaurants and shops in La Carihuela it makes an excellent base for 2 people. The apartment is fully equiped with everything that you need for a self catering stay although I must confess that we ate out most of the time as there is an excellent choice of restaurants right on the doorstep. I would definitely book this apartment again and have no hesitation in recommending it. Jorge is a very nice chap and is only a phone call away if you have any queries or concerns. The weather in november was also lovely so what's not to like !

Que dire de plus que l'appartement est génial.

Grande surprise, à notre arrivée, on constate que l'appartement a été refait en entier, salle de bain avec une grande douche,armoires de cuisine moderne, meubles, matelas,vaisselle tout a été changé. Que demander de plus et comment donner une autre note que 5 étoiles . L'endroit est génial prêt de tout et en plus, l'autobus local de Torremolinos à la porte. Jorge le proprio prend soin de son bien et nous en fait profiter. Pour 2 personnes, que demander de mieux!

Appartement très agréable, clair, ensoleillé, propre, bien équipé, conforme à la description de l’annonce, Est situé à proximité de TOUT, promenade du bord de mer, plages, commerces, restaurants, bus urbains et ceux pour aller vers Malaga ou Marbella! On arrival we were greeted in reception and shown to the room, nice, tidy and plenty of room for 2 people. Also a welcome gift of wine and nibbles. Would recommend and stay again. Thankyou.

Very clean and tidy.

The property is spotless. You arrive to a welcome basket of wine and nuts. Unusual but very nice. Your 3 minutes from the beach and you have a supermarket next door. The apartment has a washing machine so don't pack a large case. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep you cool. Ideal for couples but not family's. Would definitely use it again.

freundlicher Empfang durch den Eigner der Fewo. Verständigung in engl. Sprache möglich. Wohnung war sehr sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Parkplatz für PKW war in einem Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe gegen Aufpreis i. H.v. 75,- € nach Voranmeldung möglich. Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Balkon sehr klein, reicht für max. 2 Personen, obwohl die Fewo für max. 3 Personen mit Aufbettung ausgeschrieben war. Fernsehempfang nur span. Sender, engl. und niederländ. Fernsehkanäle mit sehr schlechter Bildqualität, soll sich aber nach Aussage des Eigners in 2017 verbessern. Anfänglich Probleme mit der Gastherme zur Warmwasserbereitung (Zündprobleme), die nach zweimaliger Reparatur aber behoben wurden. Bis die Gastherme Warmwasser abgab, lief viel Kaltwasser durch die Leitung. Fewo liegt ca. 100 m Luftlinie vom Strand entfernt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den umliegenden Supermärkten sind überschaubar. Strandversorgung war gut. Gaststätten ohne Ende.

Apartamento muy bien situado, cerca de la playa, con todo lo necesario, limpio, bien cuidado, parece renovado, las fotos se corresponden a lo que se encuentra uno al llegar y tuvimos un bonito detalle de bienvenida. El trato por parte del anfitrión Jorge ha sido muy bueno. La semana ha sido perfecta con tiempo despejado y temperaturas agradables. Pasamos 2 semanas muy agusto en este apartamento. Las fotos muestran tal y como es la vivienda, además cuenta con todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea cómoda. Está muy bien situado ya que está al lado tanto de la playa como de restaurantes, tiendas, farmacia...etc, todo lo indispensable se encuentra en los alrededores,lo cual era lo que buscabamos para no necesitar el coche continuamente. Y bueno agradecer a Jorge y su mujer el trato que nos dieron desde el principio y por el detalle de bienvenida que estaba todo muy rico, os recomedaremos para amigos y familiares sin ninguna duda. Very nice well equipped apartment

We: me, my husband and our 4 years old son, stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks. And we really loved the time spent there. The apartment is very close to beach, only 2 minutes walk. We arrived at night and found a greeting present from the owner - Jorge - the fruits, juice, sandwiches, cookies, chocolates. It was a great pleasure after a long way from Warsaw Poland to eat some fresh food. Many thanks to Jorge for that. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The owner set an additional bed for our son. And it was great! It is not seen at the pictures here, but there are 2 rooms: the studio with the kitchen and a bedroom. And there is a door between that rooms. I truly recommend that apartment and I wish we could stay in this apartment again when we come to Torremolinos.

A very nice apartment

A very big thank you to Jorge, the owner of the apartment. He treats every guest in his very friendly special way. We've been to many places in Spain and nowhere we've been greeted with a big welcome pack! We also got a complementary DVD player which we asked for our kids before. As for the apartment, although being small, it is new, clean and very tidy - perfect for a couple, but to be honest, we had no problems to stay there with two kids as well. It's very close to the beach and its busy life, within walking distance to Mercadona, and we'd have no doubt staying there again next time we are in Torremolinos. Kind regards Dmitri and family

amazing appartments

apartment clean and tidy and very comfortable we have everything what we need in kitchen and bedroom .atmosphere there is so quit .good swiming pool for baby and we have sunbeds there.Just few min from Carihuela beach where can find many restaurants ,pubs and shops.As well just 10 min to Mercadona and bus stop .I recommend this property to all because owner provide good customer service and he is so helpfull.Thank you so much for this hollidays see you next year.Tatjana and my family.

Lovely Apartment

This is a little gem of a place, clean and comfortable, very convienently placed for the beach, local travel and shopping. It is ideal for a couple and reasonably priced. Jorge the owner is a very helpful man and came to our rescue when we left behind the wifes handbag on the way to the airport - thanks Jorge, we will be back
