From the hallway which features a handy cloakroom, make your way into the characterful open-plan living space. Plush sofas surround a wood burner and a TV, and big windows flood the room with natural light. Prepare delicious meals in the stylish kitchen before serving them up at the dining area’s six-seater wooden table. A utility room, and a separate study area with books and board games are also found nearby. Access to an upstairs, cosy den-like snug, perfect for nights spent in front of the TV. There’s also a king-size bedroom with stunning countryside views. The second king-size bedroom can be converted into a twin on request, and finally, there’s a single bedroom. A family bathroom completes the first floor. At the back of the house, steps lead down to a sloping lawn area which is partially fenced. Here, there’s a furnished, decked patio where you can enjoy sundowners with a view of rolling fields.


Step outside and explore the North Devon coast; the South West Coast Path is 1.5 miles away, offering breathtaking sea views. For those seeking the ultimate beach experience, Putsborough and Croyde Beach are both less than 2 miles away, with Croyde offering the chance to enrol in a local surf school. For a more traditional experience, the village of Georgeham offers a selection of traditional inns and pubs within half a mile, perfect for sampling the local cuisine and real ales.
