Offering panoramic far-reaching sea views, this elegant coastal retreat makes a wonderful holiday home for walkers, anglers, nature lovers and cyclists discovering a tranquil stretch of North Norfolk. Providing fresh, spacious and welcoming accommodation for up to four guests, the beautiful seaside hideaway features a private balcony looking out to sea, alongside light-filled living areas and a pair of cosy bedrooms. Stylishly furnished throughout, this charming property is a fantastic base for exploring the area’s secluded beaches, friendly resorts and breathtaking countryside.
The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers fabulous sea views from the glass sliding doors at the end of the room. With a Smart TV and comfortable seating, the lounge is ideal for relaxing in after a fabulous day out, while the central dining table is perfect for family meals which you can rustle up in the sleek, fully equipped kitchen. Opening the sliding doors, a furnished private balcony offers a fantastic spot for enjoying breakfast or an evening meal while looking out to sea. There are two relaxing bedrooms: an en-suite king-size room with a dressing table, and a charming twin room with large windows allowing light to stream in as you take in the marine views. The property also offers a refreshing family bathroom. Outside, there’s a beautiful landscaped garden, with a furnished patio offering an ideal space to sit back and take in the scenery as you dine alfresco on a summer’s day.
The cheery seaside town of Sheringham (1 mile) has a lovely beach, a boating lake and putting green, and is a stop along the popular North Norfolk Railway. Heading west along the coast, the popular resort of Cromer (3.5 miles) has a sandy beach and historic pier with its own theatre. Felbrigg Hall, Baconsthorpe Castle and Holt Country Park are all inland, within 8 miles.
