The worst experience I’ve ever had. Check in was 3:00 but the unit wasn’t ready until 5:30. My wife and I had to sit outside in freezing weather while the maid and keys were located. Both TV’s were broken. Dishwasher was broken. Bathroom light did not work. Light on deck did not work. Very poor communication and lack of response from management company. Do not rent, the description is not accurate.
