This house was beautiful. Two great hangout spaces. Our little kids loved it, and also the grandparents, and also the dog! Very close to Copper.

Great mountain home in Frisco.

Great place for a family vacation!

Ski getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit House. It was quiet and a close walk to Frisco. The hot tub was a big bonus after a day of skiing.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

We loved staying at this property! The location was amazing to walk into Frisco for dinner and also have easy to access for Keystone and Breckenridge to ski. The hosts were very hospitable and quick to respond making checkin and logistics of our stay a breeze. We hope to be back soon!

Really nice property

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Our pups loved the yard and the proximity to Main Street’s shops and restaurants was very convenient. Check in and out was straight forward and simple. Easy to communicate with hosts. We would love to stay here again!

Dog friendly ski location

Unique house located perfectly between keystone and Breckinridge. Sunroom and decks are perfect areas to relax after skiing. Within a couple of blocks of downtown Frisco and short drive to very good restaurants.

Such a great location in Summit County!

We had a great time with our two kids and dog at Tina's house. The beds were comfortable and everything was there that we needed. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The location can't be beat just a few blocks from Frisco Main Street and the bike trail.

Frisco 2023 at the Summit House

We had everything we needed and more at the Summit house! The hosts were so kind and communicative. The house was great for pets and children and the location is perfect. Close to many great hikes, beer, and just a short walk to Main Street.

Perfect Mountain Get-away

This was the perfect place to unwind, have great views of the mountains, hiking, bike/run paths & Rainbow Lake just down the street. Along with a short walk or drive to Main St. My neighbors and I enjoyed the kitchen space with large table and sun room that you could interact while preparing meals & all spices & condiments that were provided made it feel like you were at home!

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful and within walking distance of the marina and downtown Frisco. Our dogs absolutely loved the fenced yard (definitely something you don't find very often in a vacation rental). We are already planning our trip for next summer! Thank you for being such amazing hosts!

Good stay.

Property was beautiful and very clean. Great amenities. The layout is a little strange, as the bunk room has no easy access to bathrooms. Guests sleeping in the bunk room must go downstairs or through another bedroom to use a bathroom.

A perfect place to stay

Very cozy place with very nice views. Every room is very nicely done. The sun room is a very comfortable one with amazing feel. It is very clean and well organized. The kitchen is well equipped. All beds are very clean and great mattresses. They even had toys and games for kids. This is one of the best places we stayed.

Great House - Great Location!

We were looking for a dog friendly home that was close to Breck and also walking distance to shopping/restaurants. Bingo! Honestly, this place is perfect if you have dogs or if you just want a nice, clean home that is well located. Walk to Frisco, 15 minutes from Breck. Huge bonus is the trail system about a 1/2 mile from the home. Many options to hike and walk the dogs.

Winter Weekend

Our group had such an amazing time at the Summit House. It was warm and welcoming upon arriving, was extremely clean, and was fully equipped with everything we needed (e.g., towels for the hot tub, kitchen items, hairdryers). Communication throughout our weekend was consistent and quick. Check out instructions were very clear. We were able to walk to Main Street both nights for dinner, which was great. We will definitely be looking to book again!

I live in beautiful Colorado with my husband and two little girls. Renting out our place brings me such joy for two reasons, first of all I get to offer my guests a wonderful home for their vacation in the mountains and second this business allows me to be a stay-at-home mom to my young daughters! With a long working history in the private service industry and 5 star hospitality, I naturally enjoy providing excellent experiences and service at my Vacation Rental homes. I strive to provide exceptional service as my guests create lifelong memories at my properties by "Hosting from the Heart".

The close proximity to Breckenridge, Keystone, A Basin, Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek make this home the perfect vacation home for those looking to enjoy all that the Colorado Rockies have to offer. The town of Frisco offers all of the modern conveniences of home with Whole Foods, Walmart, Starbucks, Outdoor gear stores, rentals, and a state of the art, modern hospital for safety.

Our home is expansive, and comfortable. Your family and your friends will feel at home as we provide all of the daily necessities, including very cozy beds. You will leave your vacation rested, invigorated and full of fond memories to cherish forever! Popular ski resorts Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek and Arapahoe Basin are all nearby. A free shuttle just around the corner from your front door leads you to the lifts in minutes! The Summit House is truly unique in that it offers a one of a kind sunroom, and outdoor hot tub, a fenced in yard, large parking area, a corner lot with unparalleled views and only a 5 minute walk from Main Street!

Work up an appetite on the slopes and treat yourself to any of the delectable dining options on Main St. Frisco, just 3 blocks from the comfort of your couch. There is no lack of variety, with everything from Cajun, to Italian, to German food all at your fingertips.

Visiting when the sun is shining? Enjoy brunch on the patio at Log Cabin Cafe, or stop by Foote’s Rest Sweet Shoppe&Eatery for a game of horseshoes and an ice cream cone around the picnic tables.

If you’re looking for a day indoors, browse the antique shops, bookstores, and art galleries that line Main Street 5-10 minute walk away. Book an afternoon at Frisco’s newest escape room if you’re looking to get competitive minus the sporting equipment.
