Really nice property

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Our pups loved the yard and the proximity to Main Street’s shops and restaurants was very convenient. Check in and out was straight forward and simple. Easy to communicate with hosts. We would love to stay here again!

Frisco Vacation

No surprises. Property was as advertised. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook breakfast & dinner. House was very close to town, walking distance actually. Plenty of parking for at least 3 vehicles. Communication with owners was great, (didn't really need to, but they checked-in to make sure all was good). Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again.

Perfect Mountain Get-away

This was the perfect place to unwind, have great views of the mountains, hiking, bike/run paths & Rainbow Lake just down the street. Along with a short walk or drive to Main St. My neighbors and I enjoyed the kitchen space with large table and sun room that you could interact while preparing meals & all spices & condiments that were provided made it feel like you were at home!

Beautiful home

This house is beautiful and within walking distance of the marina and downtown Frisco. Our dogs absolutely loved the fenced yard (definitely something you don't find very often in a vacation rental). We are already planning our trip for next summer! Thank you for being such amazing hosts!

Frisco 2023 at the Summit House

We had everything we needed and more at the Summit house! The hosts were so kind and communicative. The house was great for pets and children and the location is perfect. Close to many great hikes, beer, and just a short walk to Main Street.

Good stay.

Property was beautiful and very clean. Great amenities. The layout is a little strange, as the bunk room has no easy access to bathrooms. Guests sleeping in the bunk room must go downstairs or through another bedroom to use a bathroom.

We loved our stay

The location is great, and the yard, a patch of grass, is a wonderful say to see in the mountains. Usually rental homes do not have grass. There were some great touches from popcorn that we made every night to many spices in the cabinet. The kitchen was really big and offered lots of space for socializing. We would definitely rent here again. The only issue we had was the family room TV, which operates on Roku would not allow us to download common apps like YouTube TV, AppleTV, or YouTube, to log into our own accounts with our own credentials.

Amazing home in Frisco

This property is top notch. The attention to detail and personal touches go above and beyond any other property we have ever rented. The kitchen is well stocked with new cookware, coffee, and popcorn. Bathroom towels, soaps, shampoo all very nice. Comfortable beds and sheets. Hot tub is great! Zero complaints. Kudos to Hosts with a Heart. Amazing job!! Thank you!

Dog friendly ski location

Unique house located perfectly between keystone and Breckinridge. Sunroom and decks are perfect areas to relax after skiing. Within a couple of blocks of downtown Frisco and short drive to very good restaurants.

Great House - Great Location!

We were looking for a dog friendly home that was close to Breck and also walking distance to shopping/restaurants. Bingo! Honestly, this place is perfect if you have dogs or if you just want a nice, clean home that is well located. Walk to Frisco, 15 minutes from Breck. Huge bonus is the trail system about a 1/2 mile from the home. Many options to hike and walk the dogs.

Winter Weekend

Our group had such an amazing time at the Summit House. It was warm and welcoming upon arriving, was extremely clean, and was fully equipped with everything we needed (e.g., towels for the hot tub, kitchen items, hairdryers). Communication throughout our weekend was consistent and quick. Check out instructions were very clear. We were able to walk to Main Street both nights for dinner, which was great. We will definitely be looking to book again!

Ski getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit House. It was quiet and a close walk to Frisco. The hot tub was a big bonus after a day of skiing.

Wonderful property!! Ideal family getaway.

This property is very special. My husband and I spent a week there with our daughter, son-in-law, grandsons (ages 1 and 3), and our dog – and we all loved it! The home is the perfect combination of cozy and spacious, with quality touches throughout. Well-stocked kitchen including some of the best oil/vinegar we’ve ever had. Comfy beds. Towels were fluffy and plentiful. Sunroom has a great table for eating and playing games (not shown in photos). Everything was clean and thoughtfully appointed. What makes this property even more exceptional is the large, flat, fence-in yard with beautiful shade trees, deck, hot tub, and gas fire pit. It was great having our dog off leash with us, and our grandsons loved kicking the soccer ball, throwing Frisby, and picnicking on the grassy lawn. The hot tub was immaculately clean (I’m generally not an outdoor hot-tub person because of the dirt and debris), and we had fun making s'mores on the gas firepit. The hosts were available and attentive. The location is a quick walk to main street and easily accessible to the park, Whole Foods, etc. This home was the perfect place for our summer family vacation. We highly recommend.

Great location w amazing yard!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property, including the dog! Quick walk to Main Street and great yard and deck for lounging. Property managers were very accessible with any little issue (not that there were many!). Lots of amenities that made move-in so easy! :-)

Charming, dog-friendly getaway

This was my first Vrbo experience, and I felt very fortunate it was at the Summit House with this attentive host. Everything about the Summit House is so thoughtfully equipped and designed, and the host was super communicative from the very start in case we had any questions or concerns. We didn’t need anything during our stay at all, and my dog was thrilled with being able to move back and forth between the fenced yard and the sun room. I definitely recommend the Summit House and will book with this host again!

Great location and lovely home

I can't say enough good things about this lovely home and our hosts. The location is great, with easy access to town and the bike trail. The house was very clean and inviting. And our 5-month old puppy really enjoyed the fenced in yard. We would definitely stay there again!
