Great location near Clapham shops and stations. Nice outlook over Clapham common. Well equipped kitchen and basic supplies provided. Great communication with Clare Frances who checked us in a little early (which was appreciated).Small bathroom, water pressure in shower (over bath) not good and water temperature tepid. Found it a little hard to regulate heating. Good security. Overall good choice for our 10 night stay.

Nice apartment facing a big park. Quiet and chic. It was a pleasure to relax on different confy spaces with one of the great books or albums from the shelfs. The température in the rooms is adjustable even in the bathroom. The kitchen is well equiped with everything you may need. From morning to evening the sun enter through one of the windows.Much gratitude for the artistic sense of this home design!

Well kept property, clean and tidy. Good location opposite Clapham Common but close to London underground giving quick access to central London. Shops close-by.Clare (owner) was charming and the booklet concerning facilities in flat and the operation of equipment at flat was full and comprehensive; also information concerning near-by facilities was helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this property to friends and would happily use it myself on any future visits to London.

We had a lovely stay at this 2 bed flat! It is exactly as described and really a home away from home. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's location makes it easy to hop on the tube or catch a bus. I would highly recommend it!

Amazing support through property owner! Communication A+++++ Tons of recommendations, clean flat! Clear instructions. Welcome treats, so kind! BB6 radio in the morning is awesome! Mid week check in to make sure we did not need anything. Manager always available. Felt like we were staying at a long time friends flat. Fabulous experience. 1st time in London was lovely! Thank you!!

Great and special apartment with great terrace.

We had a great time in this wonderful apartment where there is really nothing missing. The beautiful terrace is great to enjoy your first coffee in the morning or to drink a wine in the evening. Clare can be reached at any time and is a very pleasant hostess. In the area there is everything from supermarkets to restaurants and the center of London can also be reached quickly from the nearby subway station. We will be happy to come back.

A great place to discover London

We spent almost a week in the very nice, tasteful apartment in a great location to explore the city. The contact and key handover were very uncomplicated. We can really recommend the apartment.

Clapham Home From Home

We stayed for 10 nights at the flat and loved it. Clare Frances was really responsive to any questions and the check in/check out process was really easy. The beds are super comfortable and the shutters and curtains meant that there were no issues with noise despite being close to the main road. The flat had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay with 2 adults & 2 kids. Location is fab for tube & buses into central London. The outside terrace was a special bonus with views into Clapham Common. Shops close by + great pub just across the road…Highly recommend this accommodation option. We’d definitely stay there again!

Great hospitality!

Clare was very information and helpful when we arrived. Apt was equipped with everything you can possibly need, plus extras. It was clean and matched what was described in the listing. Great location , within walking distance to the subway. Kitchen was well equipped, also had some food she left for us. Close to Wimbledon also , which we visited.

Gorgeous, spacious, affordable apartment

We already miss our home away from home in London! It's a really gorgeous, tastefully decorated, and spacious apartment that is very affordable, especially for London. It's in a very cute neighborhood that feels very safe and is full of nice restaurants and it's directly across from a pretty park. The hostess is wonderful; she left us some nice groceries and yummy chocolate in the refrigerator and was very welcoming and accomodating. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to a tube station that gets you right into all the tourist spots. Highly reccomend!

The Perfect London Apartment

The apartment was beautiful, light filled and equip with everything we could need. Everything was spotlessly clean. The balcony overlooking the park was a perfect place to rest with a cup of tea in the sun after a big day out exploring the sites. The location was also excellent, a quick walk to the local tube station, a lovely English pub across the road, close to shops, cafes and the beautiful Clapham common. The hosts are wonderful people, welcoming and very accommodating at check in. We highly recommend and hope to book again for any future trips to London.

Awesome Clapham home away from home.

Perfect place in Clapham. Right between two tube stops. One of the best hots i have ever had as she saves our trip many time with awesome advice. The place is so clean and well appointed. About 25-30 minute tube right anywhere near the city center.

Un bel appartement tres bien placé

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans cet appartement tres confortable, idéalement placé pour visiter Londres. 2 chambres, tout le confort nécessaire, très propre. A quelques minutes à pied se trouve une ligne de metro qui dessert les centres d'intérêt de Londres (20min). Dans le quartier, des commerces à côté et un beau parc. Nous avons ete très bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

excellent homely flat in Clapham

This was a special find to base ourselves for a week. Clare was a generous, kind and very welcoming hostess. When we arrived she made sure bread, wine, fruit, juice etc were waiting for us. We loved the generous deep terrace overlooking the common-perfect for evening relaxation and we really appreciated the fans in every room as it was unusually hot. The flat is spacious clean and has everything you could possibly need. Great position for tubes, buses and shops too.

Perfect

This flat was excellent and all we could have asked for in a home away from home. The space was accurate, clean ,light and bright. There is outdoor space to enjoy while having a cup of tea in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. We were there while attending Wimbledon matches and the location was good. We traveled to and from the venue using ride apps. Clare could not have been more accommodating. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and shared recommendations when needed. Do not hesitate to book this property I give it and the owner 5 stars.

Clapham common

We loved our stay in this lovely sun filled flat across from the park. Really well located, close to shops and restaurants. The flat has everything you need. I highly recommend it.
