Located in an amazing residence built in typical Sardinian stone, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens just steps from the beach. Guests can enjoy a large shared swimming pool, a barbecue area, a shared laundry zone and a playground for children. The nearest beach is only 150mt away, bordered by a lush pine forest with a fitness trail, and the village centre is an easy walk.°Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid April/early October): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours.
