The Space:

Casa Jokpa Mar is a villa set a short stroll away from the magnificent São Rafael Beach. It features a private pool, 3 large bedrooms and sleeps 6 adults.

This stunning house in Sesmarias is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve. With 3 spacious bedrooms and accommodation for up to 6 guests, this 187m² property is an oasis of comfort and elegance, fully equipped to meet all your needs with A/C.

Property Features:

Bedrooms (located at 1st floor): 1 en-suite master bedroom (king size 180cm), 2 bedrooms (queen size 160cm). Each rooms access a terrace. We provide on demand, a baby crib.

Living Room: Spacious lounge, dining area, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating (it is not allowed to use the fireplace)

Kitchen: Separate and fully equipped (electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc... Also set in that are a high table and bar chairs.

Bathrooms: 1 shower room downstairs and upstairs 1 en-suite bathrooms with shower ensuring privacy and comfort and, 1 bath room with bathtub and bidet

Outdoor Area: Enjoy stunning courtyard of which includes a 2nd terrace, sun loungers and private pool and an outdoor shower. Relax in this area, dine al fresco on the terrace, or savor a barbecue by the pool. In that area (in a small room) you will find a washing machine and a dryer.

Parking: Outdoor parking in front of the villa.

Location:

Ideally situated close to top attractions just 5 min drive or 16 minutes walk from Sao Rafael Beach, 21 minutes walk from Praia do Ninho de Andorinha (not accessible with a baby stroller). Other magnificients beaches such as: Praia Da Coelha, Praia Do Castelo or Praia Dos Arrifes are worth a visit.

Supermarkets: Mini Market Ponta Grande is 5 minutes walk away. Mini Market Tommy's is 7 minutes walk. Larger ones such as SPAR Castelo is 3 minutes drive.

Shopping mall: Algarve Shopping in Guia has all the big brands and food courts you would wish for.

Sports: It is very easy to rent directly at the beach SUP, or kayak boats to enjoy a bit over adventure and visit the nearby caves that are accessible by the ocean.

Golf: Golf lovers will appreciate Salgados Golf Course only 5 km away or 8 minutes drive with access to Praia Da Galé.

Access to the rooftop and the garage is also prohibited, as it is reserved exclusively for technical maintenance.

House Rules:

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Additional guests are not allowed.
Parties and events: strictly prohibited.
Loud music or noise: not permitted after 10:00 PM.
Pool use: not allowed after 10:00 PM.

Late Check-In Policy:

We know travel plans can change, and we’re here to help! If you plan to arrive after 11:00 PM, a EUR 70.00 late check-in fee applies.
