"Ca dei Noni" is a spacious and bright 5-room vacation rental apartment of 130 m2, located on the 2nd floor of the building, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Partly renovated in 2025, the apartment features comfortable and cosy furnishings throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living and dining area is equipped with a dining table and television, and opens directly onto the balcony. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. 2 further double bedrooms are each furnished with 2 double beds, offering generous sleeping space for couples or families. The fourth bedroom is fitted with 1 bunk bed sleeping 2. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto a balcony as well, allowing for a pleasant connection to the outdoor spaces. The apartment features 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one combining a shower, bidet, and WC. A large balcony and a small balcony extend the living space outdoors, both offering a beautiful view of the resort. A dedicated sitting area completes the layout, providing an additional space for relaxation.
