Villa Lithi is a stylish private retreat nestled in the peaceful village of Erfi, just a short drive from Rethymno town and the sandy beaches of Stavromenos. Blending modern design with authentic Cretan character, this elegant 120 sq.m. villa accommodates up to nine guests and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment.



Upon entering the ground floor, guests are welcomed into an open-plan dining area that flows seamlessly into a beautifully decorated living room featuring a 55’’ Smart TV. On the same level, there are two spacious bedrooms designed for absolute comfort, each with its own en-suite bathroom — one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower.



A modern staircase leads to the upper floor, where the heart of the home unfolds. Here, guests will find a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, ideal for cooking and spending quality time with family or friends. The upper level also features two stylish bedrooms: one with a decorative bioethanol fireplace (not intended for heating) and a freestanding bathtub designed for relaxation (without WC), and another bedroom with a comfortable work desk. These two bedrooms share an outdoor bathroom with a shower and WC, offering both practicality and privacy. From the balcony, guests can enjoy relaxing views of the mountains, the pool, the garden and partial sea views — an ideal setting for morning coffee or a memorable Cretan sunset.



The outdoor area is designed purely for relaxation and enjoyment. A private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas invites guests to soak up the sun, while a spacious outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ and mini fridge creates the perfect setting for al fresco meals under the pergola. A comfortable hammock placed in the garden offers a peaceful spot for reading, napping or simply unwinding. Next to the pool, a sunken lounge with a modern bioethanol fireplace creates a magical evening atmosphere, ideal for drinks, conversations and tranquil moments under the starry Cretan sky.



Surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden, elevated terraces and complete privacy thanks to the fenced property, Villa Lithi offers a serene and stylish environment throughout. Each of the four bedrooms features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, blackout shades and elegant décor, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.



The villa provides three bathrooms in total, including two en-suite bathrooms and one shared outdoor bathroom, while one bedroom also features a freestanding bathtub as a luxury design element. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs in every room with satellite channels, a washing machine, iron, work desk and a full range of modern kitchen appliances.
