Fantastic property!! Large comfortable space, very nicely furnished, great location. The property is very original in styling and furnishings, beautiful garden with terrace was great for breakfast or drinks. Marco gave us a quick tour at check in and was very responsive before and during our stay. Truly lovely property and overall fantastic experience!

We loved this beautiful house. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Marco was super responsive to questions. The garden was absolutely spectacular. I’ll dream of staying here again one day in charming Edinburgh

Amazing location, gorgeous town house, the garden was an unexpected gem! Marco was so extremely helpful and responsive. This will be a regular for us when we return to Scotland

The property manager met us there and was very nice and helpful. But on looking around my daughter in law found Nicotine powder pouches in on of the bedrooms. Also a tin of them under the couch in the front room along with empty beer bottles. As we had young children with us if they ingested the Nicotine it could have killed them.

The property presented well. The location was perfect for Uber to pick/dropoff our large group (8 people) for tours, etc. I'd recomend Marco (our host) and the property to anyone wanting to visit Edinburgh.

Marco (the host) is fantastic. Very personal, professional and accomodating.One thing to be aware of, there is no dedicated car parking, so you have to juggle paid parking during weekdays. Not uncommon in Edinburgh. We managed that no problem.The home is authentically decorated with beautiful furniture, fitout and equipment. It strikes the perfect balance between rustic and contemporary comfort. It’s also worth mentioning the glorious terraced private garden and the breathtaking views of Arthur’s Seat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sophisticated hilltop sanctuary.
