Poor communication, quiet place

There are some points which could really be better. We booked really sponaneously so we had no choice. It was okay, but the communication to the AI did not work at all. It took a lot of time and it did not help us. It is quiet and it is in the middle of Lanzarote so you can visit all places. You definitely need a car.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for highlighting the peacefulness of the area and the central location in Lanzarote, which makes it easy to get around the island (especially by car). We are sorry that the automated communication was not helpful and that the process felt slow. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially with a spontaneous booking, and we are reviewing this aspect to improve our service and provide clearer and more effective assistance. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and offer a smoother experience to future guests. Kind regards,
