Situated in the popular residential condo of "Terraços de Tavira", this super apartment has all the essential ingredients for the perfect holiday rental. Its cosy décor features a private internal atrium and a shady front patio perfect for al fresco dining, all accompanied by a sparkling swimming pool and gated private gardens. A short walk leads you to wonderful restaurants, artisan shops and the ferry boat to the golden sands and of Tavira Beach Island…all waiting to be explored and enjoyed.
INTERIOR
Apartment Polka offers a cozy and welcoming interior, perfect for a comfortable stay. The single-level layout flows effortlessly from front to back, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. Guests enter into a lounge and dining area with plush seating and elegant oak furnishings, including a rectangular dining table and chairs. A glass-shelved partition separates the lounge from a fully equipped kitchen, complete with utensils and appliances to make cooking at home easy. From the kitchen, a door opens to a private internal atrium furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a quiet breakfast or a relaxed evening meal. The apartment has two bedrooms: a master double room with a private shower room and a twin bedroom that shares a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower.
