Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the highly sought-after Terraços de Tavira. Apartment Rowena features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with sofas, dining table, and a private outdoor atrium for relaxed meals at home. Set in a secure, gated complex with a stunning swimming pool surrounded by lawns and mature gardens ideal for a refreshing dip at any time of the day. Peaceful location only 500m to Tavira's historic centre, shops, cafés, and ferry to the beach—no car needed.
INTERIOR
The open-plan living and dining area creates a bright, welcoming space, complemented by a separate kitchen featuring an attractive glass partition. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils. Toward the rear, there are two bedrooms: a double room with a private bathroom, and a twin room with a separate shower room. Additionally, a convenient guest WC completes the layout.
OUTDOOR SPACE
A unique feature of the apartment is its internal atrium, offering a private indoor-outdoor space perfect for al fresco dining in the comfort of your own home. The vast shared swimming pool, surrounded by decking and sun loungers, is ideal for refreshing morning swims or relaxing after a day at the beach. There's also a small front patio furnished with a cozy table and chairs—an inviting spot to enjoy evening sundowners.

Located in the very heart of Tavira, just 500 metres from the historic centre. Explore charming, cobbled streets, riverside cafés, and an excellent choice of restaurants lining both sides of the river. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and family-oriented. A ferry ride away lies the beautiful island beach, easily reachable without the need for a car.

Guests have full access to all advertised areas and facilities. Access to the apartment can be made by avoiding the main entrance and using a side entrance without stairs by the gym. Note that the short cut to the town centre has steps. But these can also be avoided by using the longer route to town. (1km) or very easy in an uber!

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
