Check in process was smooth, although somewhat of a pain to have to go to another area to pick up and return the key. The unit was clean. Location was great. Only complaints were the terrible low lighting and no kitchen towels. The host responded very quickly to any questions I had about the unit.

This property is in an ideal location on the Champs Elysees, but surprisingly quiet.The apartment was well appointed although if four guests are staying there is only one two seater couch for relaxing at the end of the day. Well equipped with good washer and dryer and most amenities which you would expect to find. There are a number of supermarkets within easy walking distance and close to two Metro stations.Large, with an airy feel this is a reasonably priced apartment in the heart of a busy city, would certainly go back.

Loved this location! Super convenient to Victoria Station and lots of restaurants. Apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and surprisingly quiet. Missed our American air conditioning but the two fans provided were a very much appreciated surprise. Any questions were quickly answered. Would highly recommend and stay here ourselves again.

The location was great and the apartment was good size in comparison to other flats in Europe we have stayed. Grocery stores, restaurants and transportation were all very close by. We were disappointed in the supplies given for our week long stay. We had to buy our own toilet paper, coffee and salt and only given one bath towel, one hand towel and no dish towels for our entire week. The keys were a little tough to get with all of our luggage, but they did work with us to return the keys which we were very grateful. Overall, we would stay there again.

The check-in was a mess. Last minute change in key pickup location proved wrong and added to transport expense because it last minute change . The new pickup was quite a long walk, and pulling our luggage, my husband fell and injured his knee. The original key pickup was literally right around the corner from the apartment and is where we eventually obtained the key. The location is excellent very close to all of the things you want to see in Westminster. Several good restaurants and local pubs are in easy walking distance too.

The property was in an excellent location, set up exactly as it states on the listing. The owner does not provide adequate paper products for the entire weekday, there is also no coffee, tea, sugar available. Shampoo was ample, however, there was no separate conditioner. No washcloths. Otherwise linen was adequate. There is no air-conditioning and the windows do not open very far. Therefore, it did get hot in the apartment at night. There are two fans which helped.When having trouble with the lock on the door, which is very tricky, the owner was very responsive. We didn’t have a key Pick Up location change that was communicated earlier however, I had planned the previous address therefore I had to go to two locations. All in all it was an excellent day for my family of four vacation. We would absolutely stay there again.

The rental is exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and bright. Location is great, being close to the Victoria Station and metro entrance. The host was very responsive prior to the arrival. However, we had problem getting the apt key from a near by designated location. The clerk couldn't release the key due to incorrect code provided by the host. This was a Saturday afternoon, we tried calling and texting the host but no response. We waited for about 20 mins but still did not hear from the host. I ended up calling Expedia costumer service and after almost 40 mins, we finally got another key pick up code sent by the host. Hopefully the host can be more alert & responsive during check in hours. It was a little hiccup of our first time trip to London but we enjoyed the five days stay at the property.

El apartamento está en una excelente ubicación, muy cerca del metro y supermercados. El alojamiento y las instalaciones de la casa fueron excelentes, lo que lo hace perfecto tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Está idealmente situado cerca de una parada de autobús y dos estaciones de metro, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Se puede caminar fácilmente hasta lugares emblemáticos como el Big Ben y el Palacio de Buckingham.
